About this space
welcome to this newly remodeled beautiful Victorian style house with high ceilings and big windows for open feel.
Its 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms house with a big living room, spacious kitchen and dedicated workspace upstairs. Backyard with a view to green park and swimming pool with a large tub area to sit & relax. plenty of parking on the driveway and front of the house. pet friendly (doggy door), medium dog bed available, fenced backyard with grass.

The space
This house is located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the food places, sports bars, big stores, shopping malls, and easy access to Highway 249. Clean connected parks for walking, roller-skating, biking, and exercising equipment just on the back of the house. you can even walk to malls and local bars from the park.
Guest access
All 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, living room area, kitchen, dining area, and office space upstairs. Wheelchair access from the backyard door and driveway.

Cozy & Quaint
House was beautiful. Loved the neighborhood and neighbors. Everyone was so friendly especially the owner. He was quick to reply anytime I had a question and was always professional. The house had everything we needed including towels, toiletries, detergent, and some pans/silverware. It was very clean and well kept. All bedrooms are on the first floor. Unless you want to take a break in the small loft upstairs, you won’t need to go up there (mentioning this in case anyone has disabilities). Again, this was a great spot. If I’m ever in Texas again I’ll rebook!
