Awful
The home was nice but , could have been cleaner. The worst part was the neighbor right next door. I stayed at the home with my husband and 5 children and the owner was aware. Also, upon approval of rental I asked for permission for some family members to come by for a dinner party as they were headed back to Oklahoma for the holiday weekend (memorial day). He (James) approved but harassed us as the neighbor told lies that there was more people, loud music and we were letting multiple people access to the gate code. James also have a Ring system, so he can see who entered and exited at all times. We checked out at 9am and he text me after 11am accusing my family and I of still being in the home. I will never rent this place again and if you do get ready to be harrassed and lied on.
