Thanks for your interest in our listing! Welcome to this centrally located, amazing brand new home with new amenities. This is built with you in mind. Your family will be close to everything like the medical district, Rice University, University of Houston, Baylor Med Center, NRG Stadium, Downtown etc.

It has two bedrooms with queen beds and walk in closets. They also have their own full baths attached to them. The cozy office space in the first floor is great to focus and catch up on work. You can also use the pull out bed (Serta) in the study area as an additional bed.
