This hotel is run by cheap Indians. They don't know anything about customer service. Cutting corners and charging for everything possible. If you are staying with family, you will be charged for each kid. They even charge you a toothpaste. Breakfast is a joke at this hotel. I will never recommend anyone stay at this place.

Dear Noman Farooqi,We understand its make you upset when we asked you to verify number of guest staying in your room due to noise complaint came from other guest for your room. Your reservation was made for 2 people and more than 7 people was staying in the room which is way too many unregister guest and more than room maximum occupancy. As we mentioned each hotel each room has maximum occupancy and also it's required by Fire Code and Insurance policy for guest safety concern. I only needed to stay one night but was very happy with my stay. Room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Complementary breakfast was very nice. Just what I needed between flights.

They are pretty strict about not letting late checkout without extra payment. They could also have provided a bottle of water in the room.

Deadbolt the door...
Two separate things here... This morning at 8:45 am, I came back from breakfast and as I was about to shower, a cleaning person came right in without knocking. I was certain I had manually locked the latch, but didn't notice the L-shaped upper door latch "deadbolt". The front desk said that their keys won't open the door knob latch, so I guess I might not have locked that, but I really thought I did. Either way, double-check the locks... As a word of warning for travelers, they have a strict 3 pm check-in policy. I travel a lot for work and sometimes get to hotels a bit early. Most hotels just let you check in if your room is ready, or otherwise let you know your room isn't ready yet. This hotel wanted to charge $25 plus tax for me being about 2 hours early...Just something to consider if your travel may bring you to this hotel early, so you'd be better off with a different hotel.

We were in town for a long weekend soccer tournament. We wanted the option of preparing our own food versus always eating out so the kitchen option was a plus. We had a private bedroom and a sofa bed that was perfect for our needs and it allowed for us to not always be on top of each other. The location was perfect for us to get back and forth to the soccer fields as well as other activities close by. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was an added bonus with hot and cold options. The laundry room was a much needed luxury to allow for continually clean uniforms during the tournament. We will definitely book here again when we are in the area.

Definitely worth the stay
Clean hotel, enjoyed my stay. Best part was the fact they use real eggs for their breakfast. That’s uncommon for a hotels that offer free breakfast. Pool kind of small but the kids enjoyed it. Next door to a gas station, across the street from a movie theater, the mall is around the corner lots of food options nearby. I’d recommend based on our stay.

Honestly this hotel needs a major upgrade. My first room couches were flithy and the bathroom had stains. The second room had the same problem along with a huge dead roach. The third room at this point ive been up since 5am and it almoat 7pm i.tiod the front desk please go upstairs and check the room before i enter im exhausted.she was very sweet and honest she advised me they just exterminated and i may see bugs. The last room i settled because i was tired it was a very uncomfortable experience i had to buy bug spray and cleaning supplies and spray the bed down because i saw dead bugs lord i will be disputing this charge this trip was the worst experience from the airport car rental and hotel. Also the tv stopped working and front desk advised me to move it myself so i can unplug the tv so it can reset lord the tv was on top of a heavy dresser covered it dust i literally had to fend for myself i really travel alot and this wasnt what i expected

this property was magnificent we stayed for 6 nights had a full breakfast every morning this hotel was true to its word unlike some hotels they specify that they would have breakfast and turn out to be a granola bar and dry oats

We arrived on a Saturday. There was a group of girls smoking weed out front right next to the door. That went on all weekend. There is a strip club across the street on the right side of the hotel. Sunday night the room next to us sound like they were having a party. One night we came back to the hotel there was a fire truck, police and ambulance for a couple that had overdosed. After that the rest of the stay was very quiet. The hotel it’s self was clean. Our room was cleaned everyday. The amenities were good. It’s a good hotel in a bad location. Breakfast should be extended until at least 10am.

Nothing. Someone had urine the bed and didn't notice until the next day. His staff said they didn't find anything which is a lie! I will never stay at this pace again. Look at the 1 star revie4s and it will explain everything. I asked to change room and they were going to charge me. I left I hate that I paid for the second day! I went and scheduled for La Qunita for the second night. I will eat that. The 1 star reviews has management tell the customer they were wrong.

I was charged extra because my 13 yo and 17 yo are considered adults. They even charged for my 10 yo because kids don't stay free when scheduled through a third party. Front desk (night) clerk was really rude about the whole situation. Bed was not really comfy and breakfast was not what was pictured online.
