Great little place in Surf City
Sunshine is a very great little place to stay in Surf City. Views from the balcony were great, and made for fun mornings and evenings watching the ocean! The zero entry pool was perfect for our 1 year old grand daughter to walk into with us, and the beach access here is also very easy to use. We did have a little hiccup with the linens (you have to rent your own from a separate service) but Hunt made it right and helped us out. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful vacation home at the beach
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this summer! The unit had plenty of space for myself and my 2 teens. There was plenty of storage and closet space. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and I spent the early mornings working there. The pool was a real bonus! It was great for people of all ages and abilities because it was a walk-in with very shallow end. There were plenty of chairs and even shady pergolas in the pool area.

Awesome.
From the time we arrived and left (which we didn’t want to) we were so happy and loving the place we picked for vacation this year. Hunt was very responsive every time we reached out, didn’t have any issues with the condo just wanted to stay longer! This was our 1st visit to Topsail and it will not be the last! We fell in love with the condo and area. Thank you, Hunt for providing an excellent spot for vacation.

Great Stay
We enjoyed our stay so very much. The location was great. We walked to The Daily Grind every morning for coffee. Then walked over the bridge and back to the condo to enjoy a day at the beach and a day at the wonderful pool. The home was clean and comfy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Incredible Condo
The whole process could not have gone better. The condo was incredibly clean and well equipped. The short walk to the beach and nearby location to area shops/restaurants was very convenient without being crowded. Would highly recommend.

The condo was very nicely furnished and clean. It was everything the ad said, except the photos don’t accurately capture the gorgeous view from the deck. The pool was great and the beach within a short walk. The owner was quick to respond to us. Highly recommend -we would love to come back!

Great property.
The property was great and the host was very attentive and helpful. We loved the view and the easy access to the beach. We had a wonderful time in the Surf City/North Topsail beach area that we have visited for several years. Only downside is having to carry everything up and down 3 flights of stairs. For a younger family, the stairs should not be an issue. Would give our stay a solid 4 stars.

Hunt and Leigh went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! It was so nice to unwind with my two children. We relaxed on the beach, built sand castles, rode the waves, which were huge on one of the days, and swam. We walked the beach every night and found the fishing pier had the best prices for ice cream. It was a perfect vacation for my kids and I who needed this so much! The Turtle Sanctuary would have been cool but I didn’t reserve tickets. We drove into Wilmington and walked the river which was only 40 minutes away. This is a perfect size condo for a family of 3. The amenities and walk to the beach were great and added to our fun! Thank you to Hunt and Leigh for ensuring my family had a fantastic vacation!

Mini Trip
Easy communication with owners. Condo was good location and view of the ocean. It had all necessities for a mini trip for two. All necessities to set up the stay was available until we accessed shopping centers. That was very helpful. Beautiful wide beach, with ease for walking or relaxing. Pier was slightly over a mile away. Gated community and coded keypad was easy to access and added security. Grounds were well maintained and nicely landscaped. The unit was a good size for two. Balcony was private and had comfortable updated furniture, with direct view of the ocean. Decor was was modern with beach theme...nice design. Very enjoyable stay. We appreciate the owners effort to make a memorable beach experience.

Last minute anniversary trip
This was our first time at Surf City. We loved it can’t wait to come back. The nice gift on the counter was so sweet!! It was cold and was not able to get on the beach. Maybe next time! We found lots of good places to eat! Everything was close by and convenient!! My only suggestion would be to get a fire stick for the TV. Netflix would have been great since the weather was cold and we spent a lot of time inside. Otherwise, everything was amazing! Can’t wait to plan our next trip!

We booked this property for a last minute trip and were very pleased with our stay. Communication with the property owner was excellent and very timely. The check-in process was simple. The condo was updated and very clean. It was well-stocked and we had everything we needed for the week. The condo was in a great location with easy access to local restaurants and attractions. The complex itself is just the right size with beautiful grounds, a new pool area, and very easy access to a lovely beach. The highlight of our trip was getting to witness the hatching of a loggerhead sea turtle nest out on the beach on our last night! Thank you for sharing your property with us...we hope to return in the future!

Beautiful Condo
Brent was very nice to communicate with. Excellent communication! The condo had the most magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean! It is well kept and was very clean! My wife and I needed a weekend getaway and this condo did not disappoint. We spent each day on the beach walking, metal detecting, and collecting shells, shark teeth, and sea glass. Condo is close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants (about a 20 minute walk down the beach). We walked every morning to the Daily Grind for the best coffee and donuts! We hope to come back again soon!

Great stay
The condo was clean & everything was as described. We were very impressed with not only the inside but the grounds surrounding the condo. Everything is very well maintained. The only thing I would suggest that you add to your packing list is a table cloth for the balcony table if you wish to eat outside. The table has seen better days. We only stayed two nights but three would have been better. We will be back next year!

Heart of the island
Super nice condo at the heart of Topsail Island. Just a few feet to the surf, and near the pier. Central to all the restaurants and shops. What a great place to stay. Friendly and quiet neighbors.

Quiet & Clean
Our stay here was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The condo was bright and clean and welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. I have stayed at numerous beach rentals and this unit is definitely one of the nicest I’ve seen. The entire complex is well-run and well-maintained. The grounds are pristine, the pool is spacious, and the beach is gorgeous.

Family friendly area at great location for dining and outdoor fun. Would not recommend for romantic getaway during height of tourist season - it is a large condo complex with lots of children and families. kids were in the pool by 0700 and families on the beach at/around the same time.

We had a great experience. Great communication with the owner; he quickly responded to any questions and kept us updated with all relevant info. The king bed was very comfortable as was the twin bed in the hallway. Three of us (my husband, daughter and I) stayed here comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool never got too crowded and the beach access was great! I like that this is a gated community. Would definitely recommend! We appreciated his recommendations on places to eat as well.
