Third row with a 2 minute walk to public access. No public parking so beach is pretty private. No house second or fourth row. Very private and surrounded by oaks. You'll think you're living in a treehouse. Recently remodeled and decorated. Rental is one of two units (duplex). The other unit is not a vacation rental.

Awesome Spot

Great location tucked away off the road, surrounded by trees and plantings yet steps to beach access either left or right down the sidewalk. Jeff was a great host providing everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would def stay again (hopefully next time for more nights)!

Perfect Place to Stay

This was the perfect place to stay on Topsail Island! It was clean, comfortable, and super close to the beach. It's tucked away in the trees so it's private and yet still close to everything. It feels like a treehouse! We will definitely come back to stay!

Great stay!

We had a great stay here. Everything was as pictured and Jeff was super helpful and responsive if we needed him. The beach access was so close I almost walked by it the first time. Would love to return!

Lovely serene flat close to beach

What a great property, clean, and so simply and beautifully decorated, you can really see the light play against the live oaks. Nice linens and towels. I can’t wait to come back next year.

One of the best on Topsail

Fantastic place to stay. The location is perfect and the is house is also. Super clean and comfortable. One the best if not the best house we’ve stayed in while at Topsail. Jeff is super attentive and easy to work with. Will definitely return again..

Property as pictured. Nice location, quick walk to beach, beach was not too crowded. Host was very responsive and great to work with. Large natural light filled living room. Enjoyed our stay - met our needs for the weekend.

Great Beach Getaway!

Loved our stay! Very close to the beach. The house was clean, updated, and had plenty of space for our family of four for the week--including two spacious bathrooms. We loved the decor, and we enjoyed having meals on the deck under the trees. Jeff was helpful and easy to communicate with. We hope to be back!

Wonderful Property

Wonderful beach place, clean, beautifully decorated and recently remolded. The trees surrounding the property are beautiful and you feel like your in a tree house. The beds are very comfy and kitchen is well stocked also. We highly recommend this property and Jeff the owner is great!! He responds quickly if any questions and cares about making your visit great and comfortable at his beach house.

I recommend staying here!

The house was beautiful and clean and fit our needs of having our own space (myself and my daughters) while visiting family for a short trip. I did get confused trying to find the property in the dark. (There are 2 driveways on the street and I took the wrong one at first…) The host was super helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent location and responsive owners

We very much enjoyed the location of this property, 2 minute walk to the beach and 3 mile bike ride to surf city or serenity point. The condo has a nice entry basement as well that allows most of the sand to stay out of your living space and is a nice place to keep your pup while out to dinner! Very responsive owners if any questions arise.

Another Great 2 Weeks at Topsail.

The house is great as always. Clean and ready to go. Location is perfect. This time of year is fantastic if you have a dog or not. Stay long enough and you easily become a beach local. Jeff is the perfect host. Answers all questions/inquiries quickly. Highly recommend this property. Unless I’m already there.

Very good location. Nice space. Very close to the beach. Very clean. The owner was very thoughtful with what he had in the home ie: pots and, dish liquid, laundry detergent, water in the fridge pizza for the kids. All you had to do was buy your own food. Qi will indeed come back

Great house, great location, bad water

We loved this house! Spacious, two nice bathrooms, lots of space, outdoor shower, king size bed in the master bedroom, and full size washer and dryer on the ground floor. The worst thing was the water tasted and smelled like sulfur. It was so bad that we had to get gallons and gallons of drinking water to drink and prep our food with. It would have been nice to know the water was bad before we arrived so we could have brought water from the beginning, but it’s not enough to keep us from coming back.

Clean. Quiet. Private. Convenient.

This place was great! Beautiful home tucked into an overgrown wooded area. We were able to shower, sleep, and relax without that odd “ick” feeling you get while staying at some strange places or hotels. The newly renovated space was obviously cleaned well before we arrived. We used Doordash. Rented a kayak for the week. The beach was not overly crowded. The outdoor shower has hot water. The TVs are legit and the appliances are brand new. Will definitely consider a repeat trip!
