A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage, a much loved property in the town of Hitzum. Boasting 2 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling.


As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an kettle and a barbecue
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This cottage has 2, 2 queensize beds and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
The second bedroom contains a double bed.


There is a shower and toilet area 20 steps away from the house, the jaccuzi is completely private.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

We were very disappointed that the af did not properly explain the property The bathrooms and showers were more than 200ft away from our cottage. There was no running water at all in our cottage, as well as not hot running water in the bathrooms only in the shower. The pathways to the cottages were slippery and not at all well lit The hot tub cover was too big for our hot tub and made it very difficult and dangerous to walk by to the bathroom as well as not well lit. As a result I slip and fell in to the small canal and very badly hurt my knee as well as soaked myself to the bone And with no water or hot water available it made for a very unpleasant event Also it took 3 days to any get Wifi which made it difficult to make any future plans or get in touch with family I just wish the add would have been more forth coming and as seniors we would have found somewhere else to go .

Une catastrophe
L'annonce très aguicheuse n'est pas au rendez-vous une fois sur place. Le cadre souffre d'un manque d'entretien flagrant. Vous trouverez des déchets un peu partout, dans les espaces verts et le petit canal. La salle de bain est en fait un box de douches et WC de camping en extérieur et non chauffé et sans eau chaude au robinet, tout juste propre avec des canalisations d'évacuation bouchés. Ça c'est juste pour l'extérieur. Concernant le chalet, le constat n'est pas mieux. Une porte avec beaucoup de jour et qui ne reste pas fermée, l'eau pour la cuisine est un bidon en hauteur. Le couchage est un vieux matelas troué recouvert uniquement d'un drap housse sans alèse et surtout une literie oreillers et couette non conformes aux règles d'hygiène (acariens.....) Le seul point positif c'est la vue sur une campagne verdoyante et une région très jolie avec le port d'Harlingen très pittoresque. Le prix payé est hors normes pour une prestation digne d'un petit camping 1 Etoile. J'ai demandé une facture pour mon organisme d'action sociale, mais pas reçu. Je n'y retournerai pas et je ne recommande pas.
