Elevator: 44 1/2” Deep (long) 41” Wide. Doorway into the elevator is 35” wide. Our properties and elevators are not ADA compliant.

Pool/Spa: 35'X12'. The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $500/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

Excellent Stay

Great place to stay with your family. We had 11 people, aged 0–>84. They had more things in the garage of the house than was listed online which was very helpful and convenient. We’d love to come back!

Great house, great location

Great spot on the beach. Spacious for 12 adults. Prompt responses from property manager regarding a couple of issues/questions that came up. Would recommend and would stay here again. Could have been cleaned a tiny bit more before arrival but overall clean and tidy.

Early Spring Break

House was great! Plenty of room for the 15 of us. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool and the close proximity to the beach! Suggested improvement: Provide better spatulas, etc. for nonstick pans. More forks would be great, as we were always running out. Other than that, everything was great!

Beautiful House with beach access.

The house was very nice, plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. The exception was the number of forks, not even enough for one meal. We had to buy plastic forks to get by. The pool and deck were very nice, had enough room on the deck for a small baby pool. Walk to the beach was a little difficult when carrying a lot of beach items.

21 Horvanth's Family Vacation

I booked this vacation home a year in advance for a very special family vacation. Me and my husband, my son, my daughter, her husband and one year old and my 86 year old mom! We were looking forward to this for an entire year. This house was perfect for all of us. My only complaint is that there needs to be a continued walkway to the beach as it was hard to take my mom and "stuff" to the beach and the bed mattresses in a couple of the rooms could be replaced. Also, a crack in the microwave made us scared to use it! But great house in a great location! We would definitely rent again!

Great Family Beach Vacation House

The house is a bit tricky to locate. However, once inside the house it is absolutely beautiful and very well arranged. The pool is smaller than we expected from the pictures but adequate. The ocean views are spectacular. All the rooms are large and it easily accommodated our diverse family group. We are a family that loves to cook and eat together. The kitchen was large, dining area sufficient, but the pots, pans and accessories were deficient. This was disappointing and we would recommend upgrading these. The parking was challenging. There was parking for 4 cars, but with 4 cars at the house next door it was very tricky getting turning around to get back across the narrow bridge. However, even with these limitations, we agreed we all loved our vacation and the house.

Beach Time At Its Best!

We had family members from age 6 to age 76. The house was PERFECT! The three levels of the house provided plenty of individual space and privacy for each smaller family unit. Plus the large first floor main level provided plenty of space for all family members to easily gather together to share meals and group time. The balconies on each level reminded us the reason we initially chose the house.....the views of the beach were great. The private pool definitely provided time for the younger ones to burn off energy. The house and all its amenities were wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms and bathroom were spacious. The location was perfect. But the "icing on the cake" was the private walkway to the beach. We rented some umbrellas and chairs which were set up and taken down each day. All we had to do to enjoy the beach was to walk down the walkway.

Sept Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property location was great. The house was clean and very nice. We had problems using our code. Entry to the home is 5:00 pm, same time when the office staff goes home. After traveling all day we had to go find the office to pick up a key left in a key box on a post. After finally finding the post we got the key. Never once did anyone volunteer to bring us a key. No one offered to give us the garage door code which would have been much easier and saved us a trip to the office. Entering the house we found the refrigerator and freezer was not working. Texted again to let someone know the issue on Wed but did not get anyone out to check it until Friday. Wasted 2 days trying to get the issue resolved. Communications with office was sketchy. Refrigerator finally got cold enough to keep food but not as cold as it should be because water did not get very cold and freezer would not keep ice cream solid. The home was perhaps checked 7 days before our arrival but home was not occupied the week before we arrived and not checked prior to our arrival or they would have discovered the issue with the refrigerator. TVs were a little difficult to get operational but the did send someone to assist with that. Also the kitchen had only 1 drying towel and dish cloth which is not enough for 8 days. Should be at least 3-4 minimum. In summary home had a great location and nice floor plan and would consider renting it again but you need to bring a lot of items with you unless you rent towels and chairs for beach and we found working with the rental companies was not easy but expensive.

Beautiful House on the water

Visited 21 Horvaths for a bachelorette party. We had 14 girls in their 30s, and this was the perfect house. It was spacious, had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and being able to watch the sunrise from the balconies was amazing. The house was clean and well maintained- I would highly recommend this home for large groups!

Golf Trip

Great Stay in Hilton Head

Perfect place for our family reunion and Mother’s day celebration! Beautiful house with large bedrooms, fantastic balcony views, a first floor kitchen/greatroom where we could all gather. The elevator made it convenient for our parents and the short walk to the beach was “cane” navigable. Would definitely stay again.

The Most Incredible Hilton Head Vacation Home!

We absolutely LOVED staying in this house. The location is amazing. The private beach and the pool right outside was 10/10. The house overall was just amazing. The only complaint our group had is the beds aren’t comfortable and need to be updated.

A Perfect spot

This house was the perfect spot for our group. Access to the beach was a huge hit. Sun rises and sun sets were spectacular. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great house for a large group.

June 2018 Stay

What a wonderful home!! Great location and the home was very well set up for a family of 12. Will definitely be renting this home again. The rental agency (Vacation Homes of Hilton Head) was also extremely welcoming and were very prepared for our stay which made our trip all the more enjoyable.
