Friendly staff. Five minutes walking distance to Hershey Theater, restaurants and shopping. The room was much larger than most hotel/motel rooms. It was clean. The motel is located in a quiet residential area. It is an old property. Recommend the carpet be replaced. Will stay there again if in the Hershey area.

Towels are very hard and should not be used for children. There's not even hair conditioner. The cutter is not working. There is no mesh in the windows.

I would stay here again. Convenient location, very pleasant staff, clean and freshly painted room. Only reason for 4 stars is that while i appreciated the freshly painted walls there was a slight odor, not enough to complain about but enough to notice. Other than that everything was outstanding!

I loved that there was a mini fridge and microw in the room which was convenient for snacks. It was in walking distance to multiple restaurants and a half hour walk from Hershey Park which was the reason for my stay. I'm more than satisfied.

Expedia showed that I had a reservation at this hotel. When I got there, they had no evidence of a reservation. I showed them my paperwork, but still denied that they had a reservation in their system. Opted to leave and find another hotel. Have not been able to reach Expedia about a refund.

The doors to the rooms are not well insulated (therefore, we hear everything going on outside as if people were in the room with us). There were dirt and hand stains over the bed on the ceiling, and part of the wallpaper is held up by a pushpin. Breakfast is NOT included (even though it says it is). The bed is super comfortable and warm though!

The room had some mold on the ceiling and smelled musty/mildew. My kids and I sneezed all night and woke up sick. The room above us partied from 12-2:00 AM making it hard to sleep. The owner spoke little English and was not helpful at all.

Only car in lot, was no breakfast. Suggest Brown bag option. Thermostat on wall for baseboard heat is non functional. Must use heat pump/ AC for heat also. Sink has no hot water, just cold.

Ok this place would be good for frat party! This place needs to be inspect by the local authorities. I have been sick all morning THE MOLD SMELL ALL NIGHT.I asked to be moved and he said u got what u got. I can get more money for the room,the owner said you should be lucky to have a room,that has black mold in the heater vents and real bad under the kitchen sink.

Positive- very quiet and an ok distance from attractions Negative- not very clean, stinky, very dated, wallpaper cracked in several seams, expensive for 3 beds shoved into a room. Bathroom door got caught on uneven floor so only opened half way. Refrigerator all rusted on the outside door. Stains on bedding. We left and did not stay. Also they charged my credit card early in the morning before we checked in at 4 pm. Is not a suite!

Good just for overnight stay ..
My stay was ok . The place needs an upgrade , disappointed with the air condition . Their AC did not cool the room. It was just a little cool . I tried to adjust nothing . Refrigerator did not keep my bottles cold . I used Ice bucket to maintain bottles cold and towels and sheets stained .

It is a good place to stay for a night. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room just had a couple of issues like a leaky toliet, but staff helped with a temp solution. Even with a GnR concert going on in the park it was quiet enough to sleep.
