the perfect spot!!
This is by far overall one of the BEST places we have ever stayed in the Hemphill/Toledo Bend area(La or Tx side) parking is great, hook up to charge boat is easy access. The trailer is roomy and clean. Plenty of towels/wash cloths/blankets/pillows/toilet paper. I was throughly impressed with this property and the owners are very attentive. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Everything was amazing as always!! We love when we get the chance to stay here. The fenced in back yard and doggie door is great!! We fished, played games, and the the kids swam in the lake. Had everything we needed and the hosts are always ready to answer any questions. Thank you for opening your home to us. Hope to see you again soon.

Absolutely loved this place!
Very cozy nicely renovated older mobile home, the a/c worked very good!.....nice patio/deck with nice lights, fire pit with seating, has a doggy door with a very large fenced in yard for our dog to run, the neighbors were very friendly and helpful.... has great restaurants, nice gas station, marina, local resort with pool and splash pad (reasonable $) " Lost Frontier "...the host were very informative yet everything was contactless and gave you space!..... we will definitely book here again!
