Hostess is excellent. She even offered a sandwich in the evening for supper. She can arrange your taxi to the airport very reliably. Love her and would recommend this place for a homy Cuban experience.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay there. We felt safe, comfortable and would definitely choose to stay there again. The location was great and not far from the places we wanted to visit. The staff was warm and friendly especially the hostess Diamela. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and ideal. Breakfast was also provided and much appreciated. This place is like a home away from home.

The hostess was very kind and friendly. She really made us feel at home. The effort she put into serving us breakfast was highly appreciated and exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and spacious. The colonial decor was true to form and made it a nice experience away from home. If I return to Havana, I would definitely stay again. The location was also fairly convenient for us to do business in Vedado and do a bit of sight seeing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming atmosphere and warm hospitality at this hotel. The hostess was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The building itself is a stunning piece of architecture, adding a special touch to the Havana experience. The breakfast was delicious, featuring local delicacies and fresh ingredients. Hermosa propiedad colonial con ventanales grandes y una buena ventilación, un portal hermoso con con muchas plantas donde tomarse un buen café sentado ahí es algo de Dioses. Grande habitación con a/c, y un baño muy amplio y limpio , agua caliente. Pero el detalle más hermoso es la la hostess, Diamela, mujer increíblemente hermosa y amable que te hace sentir como en tu propia casa. Volveremos pronto.

Overall nice
It was a nice place, the room was clean and so was the bathroom. The bathroom was huge. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The only issue was the host arranging a taxi instead of a van when we specifically asked for a van. Then she got two taxis and the price was far higher. The taxi drivers were clearly friends with the owner. The host had a very sweet dog.

The building is beautifully decorated in a traditional style and is truly outstanding. However, what really sets this place apart is the wonderful landlady. She is extremely helpful, welcoming, warm, and always willing to provide all kinds of support and help. During our stay, she assisted us greatly with currency exchanges, ordering taxis, and even took care of our children's meals when we were too busy to do so ourselves. We had traveled to Havana for an urgent matter at the Canadian embassy, and staying at this safe, nice, and beautiful place with such kind people at the top made a difficult situation much easier. I cannot express enough gratitude to the kind landlady. I highly recommend this place to anyone .

Lovely vintage colonial property. The staff was wonderfully helpful. The Wi-Fi, tho included, is not good. It seems to be on a timer and kicks off. They helped with money exchange and arranging taxis as needed. Rooms were comfortable and individually unique.
