Location is good. The hotel facilities are bad. 1. No water heater for the first day, after complained for few times, managed to have water heater for my 2nd and 3rd day. The last day, again no water heater. 2. Wifi is super unstable and weak in connection. 3. Room is dirty, we change to another room but still it is dirty. 4. Noisy, we can hear people talking from the room next door.

Overall our stay at Aloha hotel is pleasent. Really appreciate that they accept to proceed for check in when we arrive at hotel around 10.00AM. The cons maybe can do some maintenance on their window. When there is a wind blow, there is a loud thud. Will stay there for my next trip to hatyai!

A very old hotel and the light is very dark in room. Not really clean, have ants anywhere. Never come again 😔

We can hear people talking in the next room. Great if they could soundproof all rooms. No toothbrush and toothpaste in the toilet.

We had a very bad experience in this hotel. First night with the aircon engine sound right outside our rooms that we are unable to sleep. After numerous complaints, then the hotel staff offered to change our rooms to a different floor. After changing to another floor, one of the room has bed bugs in the bed and rooms was dirty. Stain in the toilet and insect on the wall. I will not return to this hotel for future stay.

Check-in n check out was fast n efficient. During check-in, Requested for 2 extra pillows n were surprised the extra pillows were already in the room. Service by front office staff were very good, concierge was helpful and janitor was helpful and polite, will strongly recommend to my friends. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Very clean and comfortable room.... very good location for those who travel to hatyai by train from padang besar. Just 5min walk distance from hatyai train station. Very near to those shopping areas, night markets and etc..... will make it as 1st option for the next trip.

Very nice hotel. Close to shopping district and very close to many eateries. Reception staffs are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff is also friendly and cheerful. I will certainly come back to this hotel again and will also recommend this hotel to those visiting Hatyai.

Overall good. Only room wifi signal weak & slow
We allow to check in earlier by 1pm. During our check in, good bell boy sevice. Daily room services also not bad but they did not refill the tissue paper until we call to request. Good location, just 5 minutes walking distance to Lee Garden Plaza. The only con is the room wifi signal very weak & slow.

a short stay around hatyai where the hotel is close to all amenities like lee garden plaza and train station. hotel is quite difficult to find as the parking and back entrance is facing the main road.

Serious THEFT problem
We booked three rooms and stayed in this hotel July 26 to July 29,2018. It was a terrible experience having stayed in this hotel. Two of our rooms were found missing cash money taken out from our bags. CCTV camera showed no break in. We suspect it was inside crime by hotel staff. We reported to Police for investigation.

Clean hotel with a super large bed. It's always my first choice whenever I go to Hatyai for vacation. Try the massage service if you have free time. It's very valuable if compare to outside.

My 2nd time staying here. They tend to overbook. My friends who arrive after 2pm were told that they have to be roomed in their affiliate hotels much further away. This happened both last year and this year. That is not honoring a customer's booking. I'll be hesitant to book this hotel again a I might end up in a hotel away from town center.
