Great log cabin getaway
We loved the log cabin in the woods for our NYE celebration. It's quaint and has so much charm. The check-in process and communications were excellent. It is about 4.5 miles off the main road so it is in a remote area. It was great for us since we had our dog and it had a huge property for him to run around. It does have only 1 bathroom so keep that in mind if have many guests. The bed was comfortable as well as the couch. They even had a Christmas tree with lights which as a nice touch. The only advice I would give would be to have more pots and pans in the kitchen as well as some wine glasses. That withstanding, I would not hesitate to recommend the log cabin. We enjoyed our stay overall!

Love dirt roads
We didn't expect to turn on to a dirt road to get to the cabin in Hartland. What we really liked, in addition to being on a dirt road, was how far out in the country and apparent farmland we were, but were also so close to wherever we wanted to go. We really enjoyed it.

Vermont Haven
My partner, dogs and I wanted a weekend away away from it all in Vermont and this cabin was perfect. It was so nicely decorated had a wonderful tub and an incredible yard where the dogs walked around. The cabin was cozy and was nicely decorated in a simple Vermont aesthetic that made me smile. Though the cabin was tucked away in the woods it was still close enough to tourist sights, food and outdoor activities that planning our days was easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Fall Retreat
My wife and I really love staying at this property. We recently visited again to relax and unwind after a busy season living and working on Cape Cod. The dog friendly log cabin offers a wonderful yard, a beautiful porch and a warm wood stove to stoke. The kitchen was well appointed, and we entertained friends for a dinner as well.

a week in Vermont
Clean well equipped cabin, its central location worked very well for our stay as we planned on visiting locations in both Northern and Southern VT, As well as NH. The Kitchen is well equipped, and the internet connection worked well. Small issues in that we think the Dim LED bulbs in the Living room and dinning room were inadequate, and my wife was surprised there was no hair drier provided, she bought one and left it on site. We had a good trip and no issues with the cabin. As a note some people may not like that you have to take at least a mile of unpaved roads to get tho the cabin, it was not an issue for us, but it may be to other people.

We would loved our visit!!!
The log cabin exceeded our expectations! We arrived to a clean and well appointed property as it was advertised. Everything that was well equipped as advertised. The property is quiet, offered amazing stars and is just minutes away from great store for provisions. We live on the beaches of Cape Cod, so a visit the this cabin exceeded our expectations. Please, don't love this property as much as we did! Your visit may conflict with our own love for this property. Signed, A Lover of this place, Matt K. 4/4/23
