Welcome home to our 1 Bedroom | 1 Bathroom Beach Front condo located in the 5th floor of the Phoenix VI building in Orange Beach, AL. This condo has all you need to relax and play! It features a Private Balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico offering a prime view of boats leaving and entering the Pass, and the clean, blue waters and white sand as far as you can see! Book your stay today and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. You will not be disappointed nor will you be able to find this level of luxury and convenience anywhere for this price!

Awesome Beach View
We enjoyed drinking our coffee out on the balcony every morning watching the boats go out from the jetty. We also saw dolphins. It was very relaxing reading out on the balcony listening to the waves. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The view of the beach from inside our room was great too. Would definitely stay there again.

Issues with condo
Several points 1.0. One of the dining chairs forward cross brace was missing. Suggest you fix that 2.0 the fan in the bedroom is unbalanced and we could not operate it afraid the light would fall out. Also made excessive noise 3.0. The air conditioner blows waaaaaay to powerful. You freeze. Or you sweat no happy medium

This was our first time at Orange Beach and it didn't disappoint! The condo had everything we needed, loved the big balcony and the view!! Enjoyed a different waterfront restaurant each day, all within minutes of the condo!

Love this condo!
This was our second stay here and we have loved it both times. The condo is beautiful, and the location and views can't be beat. If I was going to complain about anything, it would be the TV remotes are old and don't work very well. Otherwise, we love this condo and we will stay here again!
