We were just offered a glass of fizz drink for VIP stay. Sadly, during our stay we got struck in the lift for 45minites with 2 young children. The staff managed to get us out but it was a nightmare experience from a 4 star hotel. We missed our city night tour due to the lift incident. The hotel should work towards the safety of its customer.

I liked best the ambience of the hotel: it is located in the city center, near the Malecon 2000; but the interior has a garden-like setting with the pool and a cool, big and color changing gecko sculpture.

This place is a beautiful hotel all around. The breakfast buffet was amazing, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is great.

The property was wonderful. Exactly as pictured. The best part however was the staff. They were completely reliable and more than helpful in every way. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only one small problem was lack of two blankets in the double rooms. The beds had only sheets and one had to put on the blanket.
