All areas were clean. House keeping worked great. We had no problem at all. Breakfast was ok but still wondering why hotel did not serve olive, tomato, cucumber or any salad within the breakfast. Reception desk was helpful and friendly. Some night light needed in the room. Also quilt needed too.

Tolles Hotel auch für längeren Aufenthalt
Sehr schönes und freundliches Hotel. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, und konnten aufgrund der sehr guten Lage des Hotels, im Umkreis von zwei Stunden Autofahrt, sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten von Norditalien bereisen. Die Zimmer und die restlichen Einrichtungen waren sehr sauber, das Frühstück sehr gut, und der Service sehr hochstehend! Die Matraze dürfte etwas weicher sein. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. 😊

Siamo arrivati alla reception dove c’era una ragazza alla cassa, siamo arrivati lì io le ho dato i miei documenti essendo maggiorenne e la mia ragazza che è minorenne gli ha dato i suoi appena ha visto che la mia ragazza era minorenne non ci ha fatto entrare anche se io nella prenotazione avevo messo che eravamo un adulto è un minore di 17 anni essendo che io vengo da Milano e non essendo auto munito è stato difficile arrivare fino a loro per poi sentirsi dire che non possiamo entrare quando potevamo benissimo metterlo nel sito che non potevamo entrare minorenni al posto di accettare prenotazioni. Veramente disgustato.
