It features eight beautifully decorated bedrooms, five modern bathrooms, a cozy dining room, two lounges, and a billiard room with a mixed French/American pool table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, two refrigerators, freezer, and microwave, ensuring effortless meal preparation. Additional comforts include a washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi system, and four fireplaces, blending modern convenience with rustic charm.



Set on 22 hectares of woodlands and meadows, the property offers ample outdoor space with three terraces (west, south, and north-facing), an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue for al fresco meals. The private, secure 12 x 6 m swimming pool is open from May to October. Leisure options abound: a pétanque court, mini football field, volleyball court, ping-pong table, trampoline, swing set, and play area provide fun for all ages.



Located just 1.5 km from the medieval village of Grignols, the historic seat of the Talleyrand-Périgord family, the property is 8 km from the Neuvic – Saint-Astier exit on the A89 motorway, making it an excellent base for exploring the Périgord region.
