Fantastic for large families!
We had 13 adults & 13 kids from 0-14. Beds for everyone, stuff to do for all ages, and space to get away from the chaos when necessary. Kitchens had what we required for cooking. Beautiful scenery and put together in a great way. Owners did a great job of communicating instructions and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Awesome Time
We had 18 older women who spent the weekend enjoying our friendship, Bible study and games and food. Bunks were a lit too hard for our group but we made do. Location, houses and property were superb.

Great Stay!
Spent a weekend away celebrating Christmas with 16 family members at The Rove! Plenty of space for sleeping and fun! Absolutely perfect place for a big group! We plan to be back!

Perfect for family reunion
We enjoyed our stay very much. We rented this place because it was close to the Venue where our two kids had their double wedding. The place provided a perfect place for our family reunion as well and had enough room for everyone. We had some plumbing problem at the pool house but communication with the host was quick. The party house was big enough and was perfect for our meet and greet with our blended family cookout. Our your adult children enjoyed playing ping pong and foosball and some played basketball and had a wonderful time. We had to buy firewoods and had some s’mores outdoor. HEB grocery is not too far for any grocery needs. They have mostly everything in that store. Everything was provided (would have loved some bigger pots though for cooking and lids that fit some pots) but the main thing was we all had a wonderful time. I recommend this place to anyone!

Picture Perfect!
Finding a place to house 26+ people is a challenge but this place is spot on!! Kids had acres to run and romp on. Basketball court provided hours of entertainment ! Host is first rate and very accessible. If you are going to cook for large group at the property you might bring a couple big pots. Lots of stove and oven space and fridges!! Perfect for our large family reunion!!

Wonderful wedding weekend!!
My daughter got married at The Springs, so we booked The Rove for my husbands side of the family to stay at for a few days for the wedding. This was a great location and an amazing VRBO!!! It was perfect in every way! Great communication, very clean, and beautiful property. Can’t wait to find another reason to need to rent this place again!!

Would love to come back
Beautiful, comfortable and private property for a large gathering. We enjoyed staying there despite the fact the weather was simply awful (rainy, windy and cold, 40F). We loved the property and the decor, we felt very welcomed and the host was more than accommodating.

Great Experience
We had a wonderful time. There was 14 of us & we had plenty of room to spread out. The homes were very nice & well stocked. We really enjoyed the pool & party garage. The animals roaming around were fun to watch. We enjoyed sitting around the firepit early in the morning for coffee & enjoying the scenery. Brandi was great to answer all my questions in a very timely manner. Definitely recommend.

Family Reunion
We chose the location due to location being central from a variety of cities we all came from and it worked out well. We were able to split up into the three different houses which provided wonderfully working AC and and rooms for each family. We convened in the pool house for our meals and enjoyed hours and hours in the central pool. Lots of games of washers, lots of space to spread out and enjoy the both nature and a simple environment with the luxuries of restrooms, beds, and indoor retreat.

This place was perfect for our family reunion! We had about 50 people and with air mattresses we made it happen! From the time we walked in we were impressed with this place! Nice and cool, clean and accommodating. The owners communication was fantastic! Highly recommend!!

Really enjoyed the property. Couple of suggestions for coping with extreme heat more shaded canopies around the pool, possibly a window unit AC in the party barn so it was more usable during extreme heat, also more robust handrails to assist getting into the bunkbeds and one last suggestion for ADA grab bars in the showers. Perfect for family reunion
We had 20+ family members hanging out over a long weekend. The location and property were perfect. Everything was clean, all the houses were stocked, and the fish were biting in the lake (caught/released over 20 very good sized fish). The pool was nice and clean— ready for kid who didn’t mind being cold! Brandi was awesome and answered my texts within minutes. The scenery is so beautiful and peaceful. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Excellent Family Reunion
The pictures at The Rove L5 don't do this property justice: it's beautiful. All houses are modern with updated appliances, TVs, comfy beds, etc. The property as well is beautiful and having so many different areas was great for our large family reunion with all ages of kids running around. The kids loved playing in the party garage and the kitchen in the Pool House was a great place for everyone to hang out and be together. We also loved the fire pit (thanks for providing wood!). The *only* piece of improvement feedback I would give is that the kitchens are interestingly stocked. I'm glad that we brought a few of the key pots/pans and cooking things that we needed for bigger meals. We'd 100% stay here again.

Good Times
The communication was great start to finish. I inquired about using this space for my daughter's Quinceañera she gave clear instructions and she was extremely polite. We set up a tent venue had about 60 people present. The separate homes were perfect for my family as it is very blended and consisted of exes which gave room for them to not bump into each other. The pool was shallow which was perfect for all the children that attended in the summer heat it was a blessing for them. Plenty of space to roam. The older teenage kids enjoyed the party garage and the basketball courts. Didn't have any major issues other than one of the pool house rooms not cooling down enough it was barrable so it wasn't a big deal. This home is in the country so expect nature to come into the homes. I did forget to place one of the trash bags out in the trash can but they didn't make an issue out of it. All around it was a great experience. Lots of love and great memories were shared. Thank you so much for allowing us the opportunity to have a once in a lifetime memorable experience. I definitely recommend this space.

Week-end At The Rove
The Rove at L5 was our destination four our annual family camp/reunion. The total age range was from 9 to 77. We all had a great time, centered around the swimming pool and the kitchen. We hope to return.

This property is now something my grandkids ask about and look forward to! This was the second summer to have my four adult children, spouses and their families meet at The Rove at L5. Brandi is delightful to work with, and we could not have had a nicer stay! One the Middle of Nowhere and Can’t Wait to Come Back!!!!
Y’all! This place is beyond AMAZING! We loved every part of our stay! We used this location as our wedding venue and our family and guest have not stopped talking and asking about this place! Perfect property for multi-family gathering
Our extended family booked this unique property to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. It was a great location for our group that was coming from the Dallas and Austin areas. Each family was able to stay in their own house and then meet up in the pool house for meals and games together. We were able to fish, play basketball, roast marshmallows at the firepit, and play games in the party barn. It was too cold to swim while we were there, but the pool looked clean and inviting. Brandy has decorated the property in a unique, fun, and colorful style. She even had fresh flowers and delicious cookies waiting for us! The only thing that I would change is providing microwaves in each house. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing.

Our Stay was great. There was mice in Pool house but i reached out to property manager and I we we’re understanding of the setting. She approved a late checkout for us at no cost so we were grateful, even with all the messages she sent me of damaged furniture and broken lighting we understood. I just received a message from her of damages. I was so surprised because we did our best to get everything clean and I was sure nothing was damaged . She is charging us $300. I wish I could post the pictures here. A few cans or small trash left throughout the various houses where 30 people were staying! We’ve booked so many properties through VRBO so this is very embarrassing. Next time I’ll listen to

Great place for both secluded meeting and time outside enjoying the outdoors!
This was our second stay at this location and overall very satisfied with the amenities and layout. The primary purpose of our stay is a business focused discussion away from the distractions at the offices. The layout works very well for our primary objective, however, the amenities and outdoor activities also work very well for us as well. We enjoy time in the evenings team building and also time alone fishing in the stock pond. We will definitely be back!

Incredible Experience
We enjoyed our stay thoroughly- from the communication and initiation that was taken by the owner, to the beauty of the ranch and serenity of the property- everything was great. Our sports team was able to rest and relax between games in Texas and enjoyed the space and environment the houses provided. It was safe, clean and the perfect size for the 29 of us.

An unforgettable weekend!
The pictures don't do this place justice. The decor is so fun! There is so much room for people to spread out and have their own space. The party garage has so much to do - Foosball, pingpong, darts, a bar area, big TV, and big tables for board gaming. The kitchens are well stocked. We took turns cooking and "hosting" at the different houses. This is such a unique property and so well positioned between the major Texas cities. It was perfect for our families who are spread out to come together for a short weekend without the long drives. The host was very responsive to all my communication.

Beautiful and peaceful
Our extended family of 11-15 stayed her for a total of 10 days. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. The houses are nice with comfortable beds. The kitchen in the pool house was big enough to handle all of our meals and the wonderful large table seated everyone, though we did add a small table at the end for some meals. Brandi was great and very informative and responsive. My nephew set up a rudimentary disc golf course in the pastures, which was great fun. We enjoyed seeing the cows and bulls. Party barn is a great space for gathering as well. Also loved the fire pit. The pool was beautiful, though chilly in December, but warm enough for a couple of us to take a dip. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place for a large family gathering
We had such a nice time here with our whole extended family (22 of us). The houses were adorable and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Brandi was really accommodating when we needed more firewood, etc. All in all, I would say the ranch is even nicer than the pictures and online description prepared us for. We had a great time fishing and everyone caught bass. The kids played on the sport Court and had a blast in the party garage playing darts, ping pong and washers. It was too cold to swim but the pool looked great as well. We hope to come back!

Christmas family gathering
The property is picture perfect. This was a Christmas gathering for grandmothers grandkids great grandkids and great great grandkids. Everyone enjoyed it very much The houses were close enough together to where we could go and visit at any time of the day or night. Also we were able to take many pictures with a beautiful background of the lake and the oak trees which we always do every year so these will be memories we will be keeping Our host Brandi help me out in so many ways including trying to find a catering service that would fix an old fashion dinner. My only suggestion is a put some ceiling fans in the game room
