Stay was Ok once moved to different room without smoking smell. Cleaning staff knew of smoke smell as window was left open and bathroom exhaust fan left on. Should not put someone in such a room until can be thoroughly cleaned including smoking smell

We were staying as a family to visit my daughter in college. Hotel was in close proximity to her. Room was clean, lobby was nice, staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again.

There were items that needed attention from maintenance. The smoke detector in our room had been duct taped. The bathroom door would stick and difficult to open. The bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well supplied and good. Not the hotel's fault, but the guy in the adjacent decided to smoke in his room at 5am then proceeded to tamper with the smoke detector that was unable to be shut off for some reason for approximately 5 hours. That was a bit annoying.

TV didn’t work and never got fixed. Front desk would not give us any more pillows and no late check out. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast lady was the only positive thing about this hotel. She was actually helpful and smiled, the only employee that did this. For the price I would find a better hotel.

Stay away! Upon entering my room it was clearly not cleaned. Bathroom had hairs and dirt on the shower floor and on the bathroom floors. Garbage was in our room, room was musty and smelled. Tv remote didn’t work. The a/c kept shutting off and all night long it sounded like someone underneath us was using a drill. Good luck getting ahold of the manager I tried multiple times prior to arrival to ask the manager a question and no response. Now the manager has been telling me via chat they would contact me and so sorry for the delay yet had still failed to contact me. I will be contacting corporate at this point. AVOID this hotel!

Room had wrappers on the floor, ice bucket was wet and musty. The fridge was soaking wet. The bathroom door wasn't installed right and could see into the bathroom. The main door also had a large gap and you could clearly hear everything outside.
