LAS DUNAS 9 by RENTMEDANO beachfront boutique villa with pool and wifi
Situated in a small residential complex with swimming pool, Las Dunas 9 is an extremely pretty, semi-detached property with a pink and cream façade, bordered by flowers and plants in a quiet setting on the sea front in El Medano.
The top floor is dedicated exclusively to two good sized bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes, french doors opening out onto a balcony and each with en-suite bathroom. Enjoy a wonderful sunset while relaxing on comfortable reclining chairs from the balcony of the master bedroom which also enjoys ocean views.
Marble stairs lead downwards towards a cloak-room, lounge and kitchen.
The kitchen in Las Dunas 9 is well equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dish washer, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.
The cupboards are well equipped for clients who prefer to eat in.
The rest of the ground floor is dedicated to the lounge/dining area with international tv and wifi
With patio windows on two walls this is a bright room.
In front of the lounge there is a furnished porch

A little disappointing
The house was clean and comfortable but in need of some TLC especially in the bathrooms.
There was no information folder or similar which is usual and helps with the basics such as location of places as well as emergency needs.
There was only 2 of us and there were not enough mugs!
It will help if you can cope with barking dogs and noisy planes!
