We had negative experiences.
1. There was no hot water during our entire stay (2 nights). We had to take cold shower instead. Hotel was aware of the issue as other guests complained, but they didn't fix it.
2. We couldn't sleep because our neighbours were noisy during whole night. It is due to unbelievably poor insulation of bed room wall. Big painting is attached to the wall, but that will not block noises from your neighbours. Be aware.
3. We bought two Granada cards from them, and we were charged 8 euros in cash as commission, which is not allowed. Go check the official Granada tourist information website.
We emailed them a couple of times to address the issues & our frustration, but they didn't reply to our messages. Unfortunately, you shouldn't expect any sincere customer services from them. We are extremely disappointed.
