Une agréable petite maison idéalement située
Nous étions 2 et c'était spacieux !
La maison est bien équipée, agréable, le jardin idéal, à côté d'une petite rivière.
Propriétaire sympathique ainsi que le voisin qui nous a accueilli.
Localisation parfaite pour faire du tourisme : Padirac, Rocamadour et Parc zoologique à 15 min ou moins, un tas de jolis villages à 30 min (Carennac, Loubressac, Autoire, Bretenoux,...) et St Cirq Lapopie / Pech Merle à 1 h.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

manque de sérieux d'Abritel
le 25/06 j'ai voulu annuler mon séjour suite à un problème de santé de mon épouse. Votre informatique ne fonctionnait pas selon mon interlocutrice au téléphone.
Celle -ci m'a conseillé de prévenir la propriétaire, ce que j'ai fait en envoyant un mail depuis votre site. La propriétaire n'a jamais reçu ce mail et nous a attendu vainement le 08/07.
je trouve cette négligence de votre part inadmissible

Magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans ce gîte si joliment placé en bas de Gramat,au bord de la rivière. Le jardin bien clos est un petit paradis au milieu des oiseaux. La maison est bien équipée pour 4 personnes. Elle est ancienne avec beaucoup de charme. Le voisin qui nous reçoit est un homme charmant,mémoire vivante du quartier,il nous a appris beaucoup de choses sur Gramat et ses environs. Très bien placé pour visiter Padirac Rocamadour Figeac même Lascaux.
Excellente communication avec Hélène la propriétaire,que je remercie de nous avoir fait confiance avec nos deux lévriers. Nous avons bien respecté les consignes pour les deux chiens,qui ont passé du temps sur la digue à guetter canards et grenouilles.
Nous y retournerons certainement pour continuer nos visites dans cette si belle région du Lot

Séjour très agréable à Gramat
La maison est idéalement située, au bord de l'eau, à 2 minutes du centre ville.
Le jardin est un vrai atout car la maison est très petite, en cours de modernisation.
Idéal pour un séjour en famille.
La propriétaire est très facilement joignable et nous avons été accueillis par une personne charmante.

Super petite maison !
Idéalement placée pour de nombreuses visites, la maison est petite mais charmante. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le voisin, de nombreux équipements sont disponibles pour se sentir comme chez soi. Les enfants et nous mêmes avons passé un magnifique séjour. Seul bémol, la société de ménage passée avant nous survole un peu trop le ménage (seules les parties visibles semblaient avoir été nettoyées).

Bien situé à Gramat !
Jolie petite maison de caractère, très bien située à Gramat, dans une impasse très calme, proche de toutes les commodités. Bon accueil par le voisin.
Coté propreté, la question est objectives et chacun aura un avis différents. De notre part, l'étage était propre, le RDC ne l'était pas : frigo et four non nettoyés, couverts et plats gras ... rampe d'escalier qui colait ... en période covid .... limite !
Présence de moquettes à l'étage pour les asthmatiques et l’escalier est très pentu pour les moins de 3 ans.

Une maison pleine de charme près de toutes les commodités
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison pleine de charme. L'environnement est magnifique et très calme. Le jardin au bord de la rivière est très agréable. La maison est bien équipée et très propre. Elle se situe en bordure de Gramat ce qui permet de faire ses courses à pied. La boulangerie est à 300 mètres. Bref nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons cette location.

Excellent Séjour
Nous avons passé une excellent séjour d'une semaine en famille. La maison est très bien, et a un très bon emplacement. Nous avons apprécié de vivre à coté d'un couple de cygne. L’environnement est très calme.
La région est très belle.
