O hotel é bem localizado, tem um café da manhã excelente e todos os funcionários sao extremamente educados, simpaticos e muito solicitos.. Fomos muito bem atendidos.. A minha unica reclamação é que a cama n é boa, peguei um quarto de casal e juntaram 2 camas de solteiro.. Alem de os colchoes n serem confortaveis, as camas se separavam o tempo inteiro e criava um buraco no meio.. Fora isso a estadia foi perfeita.

Sem falar na localização maravilhosa que me possibilitou fazer tudo a pé no centro de Gramado. Quarto impecavelmente limpo, cheiroso, café da manhã espetacular, quando eu voltar para Gramado com certeza me hospedarei novamente aqui!

A pousada é boa, bem localizada. Única coisa não tão boa é o estacionamento que é pequeno para a quantidade de quartos. Fomos em baixa temporada e um dia o carro ficou na rua. Mas ele é bem próximo ao centro, se faz tudo a pé. Por isso recomendamos

O estacionamento é muito concorrido, e os quartos ficam de frente para ele, o que dá muito barulho pela manhã. O café da manhã é razoável. O chuveiro do meu quarto era elétrico porém simples. A localização é muito boa. O pessoal da pousada é simpático.
