The Amish Guest Cottage is a cozy, luxurious studio, offering vaulted ceilings and ambiance throughout.

The Amish Guest House is a separate rental that is also on this property. But no worries as there is fences and a stategic layout in place to offer both rental groups their own space. We have never had complaints about lack of privacy.


My wife Cathy and I live about a mile from the House so we will be available to help out with most questions and issues if there be any. Feel free to text, call or email at any time!

Amish run Cafe is only a stones throw down the street. Coffee shop also two minute walk, with live music every Friday and Saturday Night. Tons of shops in the Kitchen Kettle Village a 3 minute walk.

Walk, bike, take car. It all works:)

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, so please be aware this is not at all ideal for a high noise level or partying.

Beautiful cottage!
We have stayed many times in the Lancaster area. This definitely our favorite trip! The cottage was clean, beautiful decor, great outdoor seating area and hot tub. Our host- Daniel- went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again! I would highly recommend!!

Perfect girls trip location
My mom, teenage daughter, and I stayed here for a little girls trip. It was great! Location was perfect (could walk to KKV and some other cute shops), was clean and absolutely beautiful, and the porch and yard were so relaxing in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Great cottage and patio
Great cottage that's perfect for a couple. Hosts were very helpful and easy to get in touch with when we had a couple of questions. We were in town for two nights during the "heat dome" so we didn't get to use the hot tub, but the back patio is really nice. And thumbs up for a great a/c unit that kept the cottage cool when it was over 90 outside!

Adorable place. Close to everything you would want to see and do. It is a shared driveway and close to other homes so it is not secluded but that is the give to being super close to all the things. It is clean and the owners are amazing at communicating when you need anything at all!

I took my mom to Pennsylvania to celebrate her retirement. This house was the perfect size and location for our stay. Amish buggies going by daily, fun to hear the clip clop of the horses feet on the pavement.

Such a sense and beauty cottage. Loved hearing clipping of the horse and buggies! It was incredibly clean and quiet. Highly recommend this beautiful cottage for two people. Spent part of our honeymoon here.

Twice yearly my two friends and I meet near Lancaster for a girls weekend. We actually have stayed in this guest cottage before, with the previous owners. The location is perfect for exploring the area. We enjoyed seeing the newly renovated cottage and it worked well for us. The bed was comfortable, as was the sleeper sofa. We made use of the hot tub, but rain spoiled our attempt at a fire in the fire pit. (Wood was provided and the fire pit looked very inviting!) Despite the cottage being next to the main house, the hot tub and fire pit were tucked away behind the cottage, offering privacy. Our only suggestions would be to maybe provide some additional towels for hot tub use, and some instructions on operating the heating/cooling unit in the cottage. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
