The hotel is in a nice location close to a shopping mall and right by the train station. But the hotel is definitely not a star hotel. They don’t have room service, anything i needed for the room I had to come down and get. My pillows had human hair on them, and when I asked for a new pillow sheet, they asked me at first to come down and get them. Also, the new set of pillow sheets also had human hair. Additionally, the doors don’t have any proper locks on them for security. Anyone with a card can open the door on you

The hotel facilities were excellent and the ambience was quite pleasing. The only negative point was that for the duration of our stay, there was a foul stench coming from the drain of the shower cubicle for the three days that we were there. It appears that every time y toilet was flushed in the apartments above us there would be a bubbly sound coming from the drain of the bathroom. We got the same sound whenever we flushed our toilet. It appears the drain of the shower cubicle was acting like an exhaust outlet for the toilets in the apartments above.

Highly recommended. The hotel is at the central of Geneva. Literally 5 drive from the Airport. Easy accessible to everywhere. Staff were awesome and they give a free transportion (Tram, Bus, boat) all through the city. Staff suggested super cool places to visit as well.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size as was the bathroom. There was a kettle and a fridge. It was quiet other than a machine at one point in the night. A typical business type hotel, not far from the airport.
