Young man at check in was great! At check out, however, couldn’t find anyone at desk. The property was fine except that the outside tap was leaking across the trance into the parking lot for 2 days.

The overall stay was good, and We will be back. Unfortunately there was a shortage of employees, and it took time to get things and a full services. But it's not a problem of the hotel alone, the entire area gets affected for it.

Housekeeping could have done a better job cleaning the room. Some trash cans got missed and the bathroom needed a little more scrubbing. Ran out of soap in the shower and never had the right of towels. Had to visit the front desk every night for towels.

Room we were given had all the bedding thrown in the middle of the bed. After telling the front desk they moved us to another room. They claimed it was a “suite upgrade” but the room had two queen beds instead of the king bed that we requested. Also was smaller than our original room.

The hotel staff was excellent. My only complaint was that the fold out sofa bed was not cleaned prior. Still had old used sheets and flower petals in it. Staff was very apologetic and gave us new sheets and blankets immediately. Everything else about the stay was great!

First time I have found dirty sheets in an IHG hotel! Blood on the pillow sheet and fitted sheet. The front desk was very apologetic and immediately offered a new room, which I declined as all of my children were already settled into the room. They gave me two sets of fresh linens to use. Nice hotel, great for kids, just needs better cleaning services. I will also say someone on our floor was smoking the refer inside. NY it is legal to smoke....just not inside....go outside people! Also the sink in the room did not have a faucet. I'm sure that will be fixed soon.

The room was spectacular, the amount of space was wonderful. It was so clean and had extra towels. The water for the tub could of been a tad bit hotter or stayed warmer longer but over all, we want to do it again and are planning for next time!!!! We enjoyed our trip 😃

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MNGR (Jackie and Jordan) ..had a car accident and other complications on a horrible weekend, car not repairable and in a desperation move stayed here and they bent over backwards to make it an amazing stay (upgraded to a jacuzzi suite for our bad backs and to ease the stress. Then further accomodation and help when we had many shifting issues. They were great, staff was outstanding friendly and exceptional, cleaning staff, front desk..just a joy to deal with all! Phenomenal service. These two really really need to be recognized for a very well run extremely nice hotel!! Bravo! PS we made it home safe and sound thank in part to your help!!

Great hotel near Seneca Lake
We had a great time in Seneca Lake. Our hotel room was clean and tidy. The pool was cold so we didnt go in but we did use the hot tub. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed our stay!

Great stay The parking was not great the second night due to a party? If this was for guests it’s one thing. If it wasn’t perhaps May want to consider how it affected those staying at the hotel.

Property could use an update with there carpeting in the rooms. Overall they run a good hotel and you will have a quite stay. Customer service is good although i questioned the $10 charge when you check in for incidentals.( refunded no charge on card). i would stay again. Breakfast daily was appreciated.
