The room was fantastic. The property itself is in an industrial area so you need to take transportation if you want to go see things. Also ti access the hotel you have to go through the restaurant. But like I said the room was great. We tried to get cocktails at the bar one evening and the restaurant staff were not keen on that. Wanted the tables for dinner service. The breakfast buffet was good, except there was a fly issue on the cheese platter. So we just avoided the cheese.

One of the best places I have ever stayed. Michel and Julia treated us like family and we were so sad to leave. The food was the best we had in Geneva! The apartment we stayed in was huge and beautiful. I can not stress enough how wonderful the staff and hotel is. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Zimmer war sehr schön, Personal war zum überwiegenden Teil freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe viel zu klein und man wird komplett zugeparkt. Bei der Abrechnung mussten ein paar Korrekturen vorgenommenen werden, das müsste besser klappen. Sorry sonst war es ganz gut.

Last night in Switzerland
This was a one night stay for us before heading home. This hotel was beautiful. Check in for this hotel is in it’s restaurant. We were extremely pleased with our room. It was beautiful, well stocked and the bed was comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good.

Good for one night
Did stay in a Double "Junior suite". The room was big & clean, on the ground floor. You have to be aware that you have no direct window in your room. A glass door and wall that opens on the hallway (with some windows) is what you get. You can't really open nothing.. and you have the lovely live music of the restaurant right there, on the terrace until midnight. So, the hotel is great if you like late life music in your room and if you have no need of day light and fresh air. All the amenities in the room description are accurate.

Great room and facilities at Chez Maman
Great room and facilities at Chez Maman. Really friendly and helpful staff on reception who were extremely informative, we only stayed one night so were grateful for this assistance. We were kindly given a pass for city transportation that was a great help in getting us in and out of the centre of town quickly. Although breakfast was not included in the price of our room we were offered it free of charge which was greatly appreciated. Only negative of note we could see was that our room was located behind the restaurant. Luckily we returned from Geneva centre as the restaurant was closing for the night, so realistically the loud noises we could hear affected us for about five minutes total. But worth noting if you plan on returning your room before 11pm at night.

Petit hôtel avec peu de chambres, bar terrasse et parking fermé la nuit. Idéalement situé près de la dernière sortie de l'autoroute, donc très facile d'accès. Au vu du peu de clients durant mon séjour, j'ai été surclassé dans une plus grande chambre, ce qui fut une agréable surprise. Je recommande vivement et retournerai très volontiers dans cet établissement.

Kleines Hotel mit Charme - Freundlich und familiär
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Auch wenn das Hotel und das Restaurant voll besetzt war, es gab keine Wartezeiten und es verlief alles unkompliziert. Wir erhielten sogar einen Welcome Drink. Das Zimmer nicht all zu gross, aber es reichte für zwei Nächte. Es ist modern eingerichtet und man fand alles was man brauchte. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert und ich werde bestimmt wieder dort übernachten.

Camere molto ben arredate, pulite e moderne. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio gratuito. Il tutto a poca distanza dal centro. Anche il ristorante è molto buono e raffinato. In più agli ospiti viene offerta una carta giornaliera per i mezzi pubblici in città. La colazione è stata offerta e questo è stato sicuramente molto apprezzato. Prezzo sicuramente interessante per il servizio e la qualità.

Très bon accueil et piano bar agréable pendant le repas du soir. Chambre « Sympathique » et calme malgré la route assez proche.
