まあ快適

Staycationで一泊滞在。チェックインはスムーズに行え、有償でのアップグレードも快諾してもらえた。また、2時間のレイトチェックアウトも快諾してもらえた。部屋は広々としていて快適だった。インターネット接続がWiFiのみで、時折不安定だった。デスクとコンセントが離れていて、少し不便に感じた。隣の部屋の物音が丸聞こえなのはいただけない。また、今だけかもしれないが、ルームサービスがCODなのは不便。

エントランス、フロントの応対も良く、8階、2階レストラン共にとても良いサービスを頂きました。すれ違う際の挨拶もありました。部屋はきれいです。8階レストランや8階に近い部屋からの夜景もきれいです。方向によってはメトロマニラエリアまで見えます。

シャワーの水圧がとても弱いです。あと、換気扇が弱く（作動していない？）トイレの後の臭いが気になる。冷蔵庫が無い。

ユクッリするにはいいホテル

ホテルは新しく快適でした、ただ周りに何もない。不便でした。交通の便悪いです。

８階のレストランからの夜景が良い

ホテル全体が清潔で、早朝チェックアウトで朝食が摂れない旨を相談すると、テイクアウトできる朝食を準備していただくなど、スタッフ対応も大いに満足。８階からの夜景も素晴らしかった。ただ、宿泊施設に冷蔵庫が無かったのがちょっと残念。

綺麗だけど、いろいろと不便。

ホテルは新しくて綺麗ですが、バスタブが無いのが不満です。また、部屋の備品として冷蔵庫とティッシュペーパーは欲しいです。

Staff and room were good but the noise from the events in the middle of the hotel were very loud so we couldn’t sleep the first night past 7am when they started. After that I complained and they didn’t start till after 8 am but was still so loud was hard to hear the tv in the room

The inside of the hotel is very clean and spaces are utilized well. It is the building facade that needs more light so it could be seen from the main road. The sign on the street entrance should be attractive, street should be landscaped, should be lined with flowers and bushes with lights. You want to impress your patrons as they drive in. Our dining experiences for almost 12 days were impeccable. The dining Manager, Tricia, & Supervisor Sharmaine are few of the exceptional staff working at BayLeaf Hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Having travelled all around Europe, Asia and the USA, this hotel is at par or even better than other well known hotel chains in major cities around the world. Excellent customer service and amenties. Truly deserves more than a 4 star rating. Highly recommended and will return for future stays.
