"Given the location (at the border, far away from larger cities) and given the price, this hotel clearly aims at a luxury market. It has a 5* spa, but the rest of the experience is 3* at max. The overall looks of the hotel are nice but just functional. The room is natural wood but lacks any signs of luxury. The food in the restaurant was average at best.
