Property is excellent., but internet is absolutely not!! We asked the reception more than two times , to fix it , they mentioned both times it is fixed ! But yet we have no connection in our room! I wish there was a photo to upload a screenshot

I experienced many problems. This is probably not the place to stay if you don’t speak Turkish. The air conditioning broke down. We had an emergency alert at 4:30 a.m. my room had big holes in the wall and the drywall was falling apart. The towels had holes.

The drain in the shower was blocked and no one came to fix it. We stayed flooded for the whole stay. This hotel is not recommended at all.

Lots Of Floors As You See From The Exteriors Up To 13 Floors High Rise, There Are Golden Chandeliers On The Spa Room S Floor, Breakfast Buffet Room next to Lobby Room. And Quite Extremely Affordable For A Luxury Hotel.

Room service was a major disappointment, didn’t even deliver my order. Breakfast hall was completely dirty and was taking forever to clean the tables. Room was clean and comfortable.

Did not have air conditioning in individual room. There air-condition was controlled by the hotel. So there was no way if you wanted to turn on the air condition.

Very nice and genuine hotel
Really amazing service. Everyone was really friendly and genuinely helpful. Room was beautiful, lots of amenities and very clean. And right by Zeugma Mosaic Museum! Highly recommend!
