Check in process was quick and easy but the following day we discovered the shower was unusable and this delayed our activities for the day. We ended up having to move rooms. The second room appears to have been vacant for some time. It was dirty and had ants. 10/10 would not recommend. There are other better quality hotels in the same area for the same price frame. We will definitely not go back to this location. No compensation was given due to the shower issue, waiting for a maintenance man who was not even on duty and then having to move rooms.

We had 3 rooms. All of them smelled terrible like pee. If we left the bathroom fan on with the door closed while we were gone it seemed a little better when we came back.

Everyone was extremely friendly. They was constantly working on the place to make it beautiful. Only one down fall... Beds are way to soft...😂 Other than that I will be back every time I go to Gatlinburg!

This Super 8 is very close to a lot of great attractions and restaurants, making it a very affordable and convenient location to stay. Although the staff were friendly, the overall cleanliness of our room was not acceptable. Floors in our room definitely needed mopped, and the bathroom needed cleaned. We will definitely consider other accomadations on our next stay in the Gatlinburg area.

Needed a pet friendly room for a one night stay. Was happy with size of the room and that we could bring our fur baby! Also walk to strip wasn’t bad and felt safe walking alone even at night!

Manager was extremely rude and racist. The entire stay we were watched like we were criminals. Was made to purchase extra room because of pet policy, and could not get ones next to each other. Room smelled like animal urine so bad we has to buy air freshener. Air conditioner barely worked and it was so noisy we couldnt even sleep. And to top it off found a roach on the last day in the room...... worst hotel i have been to

It is not your fancy hotel, but it was clean and it was quiet. You don't spend a lot of time in the hotel so it doesn't have to be top of the line. Also, there was a bear in the parking lot!

The staff was very nice - and the rooms were crisp, clean and accommodating. This was a very affordable option but was not a compromise or loss for the experience. Very happy with this hotel - we booked 2 adjoining rooms for my family and would come here again!

Worse hotel I have ever stayed at. Pool doesn’t have water and does not work (as advertised) , the rooms are dirty, bed sheets had hair on them, rooms smelled like cigarettes even though they are supposed to be smoke free they try to kill you with the smell of whatever they try to use to take out the smoke smell you get a headache after being in the room for 5 mins. We had to be moved rooms for this reason then get to our new room smells the same just not as strong. The room, doors, floors were disgusting and dirty and looked like they haven't been cleaned and scrubbed in a long time, “breakfast” is a cereal dispenser . The only good thing about this place is the location. I would not advise anyone to stay here ever.

The bathroom door in our room would not completely open because of the fan light. The flooring was coming loose. The light switch for the bathroom was outside the bathroom. The room quality was ok but repairs need to be done. For the rate I have stayed in better hotels.

Extremely noisy neighbor playing music all hours of the night. 11 am and they started singing and playing guitar. Very disappointed and would cancel rest of reservation if we could.

We were supposed to get a non-smoking king room. The room was very dated and smelled horrible. We got a can of Lysol and hosed down every inch, draperies, ironing board , etc. management did offer another room however after a long day of driving and time constraints as we were due in 30 minutes to a prepaid attraction in Pigeon Forge we elected to stay.

For this price point, the room was more than I expected. It was clean & had a large, comfortable bed. There was a small fridge, microwave, coffee pot, etc. It’s located within walking distance of the main part of downtown Gatlinburg, with all the fun attractions & places to eat. There is a free trolley stop nearby that will take you past all the scenic spots & even into Pigeon Forge (with a transfer to another trolley line going that way).

The location is good able to walk to main strip. The floors were sticky and felt dirty and the bed didn’t have a skirt on it so you could see the box spring was stained. The mini fridge in the room was loud when it was on and the walls are very thin could hear the neighbors.
