Nice little vacation
We had a nice and quiet little vacation away. If I had to find 1 thing to say that could have been better was simply the inside jacuzzi takes way too long to fill up and the hot water is a very small stream that comes out of the faucet. This place was great and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed the beautiful cabin and views. Everything was perfect! The drive up to the cabin is an adventure but exciting as well. The cabin has everything you need plus extras :) We had a wonderful Thanksgiving in this awesome place!

25th anniversary
We loved this cabin. It was exactly what we were looking for. It has a great view but is still secluded and felt very private. The heart shaped jacuzzi was awesome as well as the hot tub. We cooked dinner one night and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Probably the best stocked kitchen i have ever seen in a rental and we rent a house or cabin at least once a year. Thank you for helping make our trip great!

Wonderful Anniversary getaway!
The cabin was very nice! The robes were a nice touch. The hot tub was very relaxing, not too hot like some. The cabin was very clean. Two negatives,, the bed was very creaky and the porch/deck could use some attention. We had several bears stroll by. One actually walked up on the porch which interrupted our lunch! This freaked my wife out. I told her bears live here too. All in all, we had a great time at the cabin and Gatlinburg!

Cozy cabin on a beautiful hilltop
I really that the place was great with a few exceptions….. 1 no directions on how to get the hot tub going. They recommend you turn it on when you get there but it’s a very old hot tub. It took me 24 hours to get it to work. A set of directions would have been helpful. 2 I emailed Alan and asked for help but he didn’t respond all day. We missed out on our first night there, all day the next day, before I figured out how to get it going. No point in giving a point of contact that doesn’t check messages. 3 I wasn’t to worried about the hot tub because we had a jacuzzi bath for 2 in the room. The problem was that the water pressure isn’t that great and it takes over 30 min to fill the jacuzzi and you run out of hot water before you get enough water in the jacuzzi for to 2 people to enjoy it. If these things get fixed I would give it a 5 out of 5. Because of these problems I felt I got cheated a bit and could have went with a cheaper place. I proposed to my girlfriend in front of the cabin before we went in. It made my perfect weekend less than perfect .

The hot tubs are always on, our cleaners drain, sanitize, refill, and turn on the hot tub before our guests arrive. We don’t have any Alan that works for us or that cabin, so we’re not really sure what contact you’re talking about. We also don’t have any emails from you or messages from you in the VRBO app. We have directions in our guidebook we sent the day before your arrival with instructions on how to make sure the jacuzzi is fully working! We’re sorry that things didn’t meet your expectations, but we’re glad the ambiance was good for you and your new fiancé!!

Mountain retreat
Very nice! Beautiful view and very nicely updated on the interior. Makes for a very cozy and wonderful retreat. The exterior could use some updating and the drive up and down the mountain can be a challenge but overall a wonderful getaway!

It was beautiful!!
If I had a complaint it would be the condition of the last mile of road coming up Ford Harrison Rd is kinda rough and if you are not careful you will drag. Besides that the cabin was amazing with in my opinion the best views of the mountain very private cannot be seen from other locations and far enough away you don’t hear them much.

The Best 50th Anniversary!!
This cabin and it’s location could not have been more perfect to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The amenities, cleanliness, and view were exactly what I hoped it would be when I booked it. I don’t believe anyone should or will be disappointed if their thinking of booking this cabin.

Gatlinburg Getaway
The cabin was a nice getaway for us in a VERY quiet neighborhood. The cabin was very clean and had everything we could possibly need for a good stay. The owners were very responsive the one time I needed to contact them. The drive up the mountain to the cabin isn't bad, just a litttle intimidating at first if you're not used to mountain driving. The view was beautiful, although there are two large trees on the neighboring property that limit the view- still a gorgeous view nonetheless. The complimentary tickets for activities was an added bonus. Overall a very good and comfortable stay. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area. If you choose this cabin, checkout the journal. There are great suggestions for the area from past guests, including us. Grotto Falls is well worth it. Only downside is we didn’t see any bears lol.

Magical Getaway!

Gatlinburg getaway
The cabin was fabulous! Close to down town Gatlinburg and Smoky’s National Park. Spent days hiking in the park and evenings enjoying great dining. The hot tub was fabulous after sore legs from long hikes!

Perfect end to a crazy week
We had a crazy week of ups and downs. Started with family drama, so we set off to explore Knoxville, servierville, pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. A couple truck break downs, a trip that had a lot of unexpected turns. Once we arrived to the cabin, all our headaches went away. This cabin was the cleanest we have ever stayed at. Love the location, and easy to find. We used the hot tub to unwind, and seen a medium sized black bear! He just walked right by the porch, later we found that there was muddy bear prints on the side of the truck. We think he was checking for food, but we didn't leave anything in the truck bed. Grilled up some hot dogs as well, used directions to clean up the next morning and hit the road to go home. My wife and I loved this cabin and we thank you for the much needed unwind to a crazy week.

Make sure everything is working
We rented the cabin for 6 nights and it came with a hot tub....But.. We couldn't use it until Monday and we checked in on 5/20 a Saturday. I know once drained it takes a minute but 48 hours..I've rented cabins since 2017 and usually twice a year never any issues with them. But for the host to say Sorry was a slap in the face..Still charged full price and didnt even offer to make it right I won't go into the 2nd issue my husband had and still just I'm sorry and my husband got hurt.

Beautiful view. Definitely need a map rather than following Waze, as we were near it, but couldn't quite get there. We tripped several times over the rugs that were curled up or damaged. The hot tup was nice, as was the jacuzzi tub, but hard to get the tub hot enough with the limited hot water. We couldn't leave a note because the book left on the table was full. Overall an enjoyable stay, but some minor tweaks would have made it fantastic.

The cabin is located up on a mountain with an amazing view of the adjacent mountains, it comes with an ideal amount of privacy, there’s plenty of space between neighboring cabins and the outside hot tub is an amazing way to relax after a day on the town!! Inside the cabin it was very welcoming with cute decorations and a very clean atmosphere.

The cabin and views were perfect! Definitely hope to stay again! Our trip had to be cut short because of a sick kiddo but the few days we were there were amazing. When we first arrived, we were delayed on getting into the cabin by an hour and a half. Afterwards, because of very cold bathroom had running water. The jacuzzi did come on late the second night but bathroom faucet never did come on. The cabin seemed to be quaint and was cleaner than most we have stayed in. We were able to work out a little bit of refund from the owners, who seemed to be very nice and understanding.

We're glad we were able to provide quality service for the situations we could control! Nobody was expecting the weather conditions we had during your stay and our cleaning crews had to start later in the day because of the ice blocking their ability to get to the cabins. That is not a normal situation. Sadly, because the temperature never got even to the 20's during your stay, the pipes were frozen, hence the inability for the bathroom to work, again, shouldn't happen next time! We are glad those two didn't hurt your stay overall, and we were glad to help with the partial refund.

Our stay at the cabin
We loved the one room cabin. It was so snuggly and warm. We did have a problem with the fireplace and the guy told us to turn it on. I wrote him again and he didn’t answer. Other than that the whole stay was perfect. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone.

The cabin was decorated so cute! Everything very clean. We were unable to get the fireplace started but it wasn't that big of deal so we didn't bother calling anyone to ask, also we the mattress was very comfortable the bed frame squeaked with any movement which was a bit noisy for sleeping. Despite these minor things we just loved it here

Disconnect and Connect
We came up for a one night stay. My wife and I have been going non stop for the past several months. Our lives have been hectic and our kids (ranging from 12-18) haven’t been making like easy. So, to treat her I booked this trip. I hoped it would give us a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of our daily life. But we got that and so much more. This adorable cabin exceeded all of our expectations. We were able to disconnect from the world and reconnect with each other. We LOVED the studio vibe of the cabin. It was so cozy. We took a bath together while we watched an episode of our favorite show in the tub. Our stay was peaceful, fun, and basically exactly what we needed. This one night stay was a huge positive moment in our relationship. The cabin was a perfect place for us to reconnect, relax and unwind! 10/10 would recommend and we will be booking another stay in the future!!

Peaceful cabin close to national park!
My husband and I stayed for a birthday trip. We always wanted to stay in the Smokey’s and we finally did it. Peaceful, beautiful, one room cabin with fireplace and jacuzzi. Weather was beautiful for 3 days of our exploring and hiking in the park and then the hot tub was a nice and relaxing end to the day! Cabin had everything we needed and owner was quick to respond when the fireplace went out. King bed was comfortable to sleep on too. Nearby restaurants on and off the main strip. Close to National Park too. Thanks for a great getaway!!

Gatlinburg Cabin
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy little cabin. It was just perfect for us. Cleaning was late on our check in day but we did not have to wait too long. It had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend.
