It was a decent motel, the only complaint we would have is the outside of the motel is in poor condition including where the pool USED to be is just a big dirt pile !!

This is our second time to stay at Belle Aire, and we plan to return next year. For the price, it’s a great value, especially with breakfast included.

It was fine for a night stay but the bathroom was dirty so we wouldn’t even take a shower. TV didn’t work that night I guess because of clouds and storms. The outside had some kind of construction

This place was horrorfyingly terrible. The room was so very outdated and in desperate need of a deep clean. The carpet was old and stained, the refrigerator didn't work, the bathroom tiles were dirty, moldy and cracked. The vanity was corroding on the bottom, the whole room smelled of mold. The air conditioner barely worked. It looked like something out of an Alfred Hitchcock film. Even the ice machine (which was outside) looked like a scene from a horror film. It just didn't look like it has been properly cared for. Could barely even watch T.V. because the signal was so bad it kept lagging and freezing. And the breakfast was a joke, we went to the pancake house next door. Definitely won't be staying here again, worst hotel ever. The ONLY thing this place has going for it is the location, it's in a great spot for just walking the strip, we didn't have drive at all.

Honestly, the odd numbered rooms had optimum parking. But the even numbered parking is HORRIBLE. No place to turn around, no way to drive through, and trash all over the side. The room itself wasnt terrible, but I did see mold in the jets of the jetted tub, and wasnt going to risk it. The lady who checked us in was super nice though! Being right next to Log Cabin Pancake House was a definite perk.

Everything was falling apart in the room, The mini Refrigerator was full of water when we opened It, The smoke detector kept Chippering, Bathroom sink was missing the drain flange, The exhaust in the bathroom was falling out, The Pool was filled in with Gravel. It was so bad that we didn't even stay there the room was 109 I can only guess how bad the other rooms looked like

This was a great location and my room was nice, there was a little snafu at check-in with the floor but being vacuumed but the desk clerk fixed it right away and vacuumed it himself.

It is what we needed it to be
The icing on the cake is that the door code kept getting erased so we would get locked out of our room. After the ball drop we got back to the hotel and every single guest had gotten locked out of their room. Overall it was exactly what we needed at the time. We weren’t staying in the room the whole time so it didn’t have to be 5-star. It definitely needs some tlc but for an older motel, it wasn’t terrible.

Rooms are very small . Nothing like the pictures in their website . Very old and rundown , bed terribly uncomfortable . Left after one night , lost money on the other three nights booked and found another place to stay . Would not recommend this place at all !

Good location. The property is old . The microwave was dirty . Had to ask for toilet paper . The light just outside the bathroom didn’t work so dark in room. Very limited counter space . There was a roach bug in the bathroom.

Cant say I liked much about it it coulda been cleaned better. We got locked out in the cold for over hour couldn't reach staff cause office closes. Wasn't just is but few ppl were stuck standing sitting trying stay warm. Finally some kid called someone n we finally got in. Wont be staying here ill pay the extra.

This was a great motel last year. It appears they have done nothing to keep up the place. The electrical was shot in room 103 the GFI plug would not stay set and the plug by the bed was so loose I had to hold my wife's hairdryer plug in place while she used it. The light in the bathroom/shower area had to be switched on and off several times to get it to come on. The front door weather strip was so worn you could see daylight under and around the door. This would not have been so bad if the heat halfway worked. The towels and wash cloths looked dirty so we went to Wal-Mart and bought some. The TV does not get any locals stations if you like football some of it comes on CBS. I ended up watching the SEC championship game on my phone. Do yourself a favor and move along this one is a bad stay. Not so bad at the weekday price of $66 per night but then they jack it up to $188 for the weekend. Those are the cons the pros are the mini fridge worked great and it did have a bed...

This was the worst place I have ever been to. The pictures are not what you get! We walked into our and walked right back out and went to another place. For Gatlinburg to let them stay open is beyond me.

Only thing we liked was well...Nothing. It was in no way wirth the $200 a night we were charged. We arrived around 1 pm and inquired about early checkin. Yes room was ready but clerk want an additional $25 to check us in. For $200 you expect a large room not just barely bigger than the King Size Bed. The electronic door locks took us 5 attemps to get it to lock do we could leave the room. So 0 stars for security and safety. Then the topper was when a roach literally crawled upon my pillow. I would share a picture of him but i was so discussed that he was immediately killed and flushed without thinking. Bathroom was nasty. Not sure what the brown liquid was running down Bathroom door. The tub was not much bigger than a RV has. If it had not been 10 pm at night and we would have lost $200 we would have packed ip and went to another hotel. Do yourself a favor mark this one as a No Tell Hotel. Roach Invested Dump and keep searching. It is not worth $25 much less the $200 we paid. This is by far the worst place we have ever stayed in. Shame on the ownership and shame on Expedia for not vetting their listings better. I would hope ownership would be ashamed enough to offer a full refund. Sincerely The Oquinns of VA

Price was way overrated for the motel. Commode seat was broken and it pinched you when you sat down. The bathroom lights were not working properly and the switchplate was broken. The bed was comfortable.

I wouldn't recommend. Pictures don't really do it justice once you are there in person. Our room didn't looke anything like the rooms in the their pictures. Conditions were poor. It was obvious there wasn't any money being spent on renovations. The place and rooms were very dated. The bathroom still looked like 1974. Light above mirror did not work in bathroom. Mold on ceiling above shower. We had one very very small trashcan for the entire place. The heat/ac unit was probably 3 inches from the bed. Very expensive price for what we received in return. Juice machine in lobby was "out of order" for breakfast. I didn't like they charged me an early check in fee when arriving 2 hours early when no one was there.

Outrageously priced. My room had water damage in the bathroom, chipped sink, broken toilet seat, cracked electrical plates. "Continental breakfast" was in bulk cereal, and almost got gay shamed by the receptionist. Never again.

The motel is extremely dirty and old. The bed was like sleeping on bricks, the bathroom has mold all over the shower walls and the drain was broken. Dirty used towels left under the sink. Mirrors on closet was broken and rusted bad. By far the worst place I have ever stayed at. Never would recommend it and ashamed that Expedia has it list. Have pictures upon request.

We had to leave early because it was so bad! Everything was dirty!! The bathroom was nasty and the beds were full of glitter!!! When we try lo leave and “check out “ there was no one at the front desk! It was closed? I never had such a bad experience.. I was trying to get my money back but no one has reply back to me..

Happy Stay!
We spent little time in our room as we were in a tourist area & spent most of the day walking around. But it was a quiet room, we slept well & the price was very reasonable. That was important to us as we were exhausted & needed a good night’s sleep. I would recommend staying at the Belle Aire.
