This listing is for the entire1,500 sq. ft. property featuring two bedrooms plus bunk/game room. "The Hoppy House" is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with full kitchen as well as an additional complete wet bar/suite kitchenette.

The main room and sitting area features 750 sq. ft. of space including a full kitchen, bath and bedroom with queen memory foam mattress and large closet.

The one bedroom, bunk house sleeps 6. The bedroom has a queen size bed with comfy foam mattress dressed with high end hotel linens and pillows.

Off both bedrooms enjoy a private veranda which has amazing views of the airport and the best sunset watching.

The Bunk room and sitting area showcases a well equipped bar with microwave, coffee maker and full size fridge so there's no need to bother the main kitchen area for that late night snack or drink. The bunk room/living area has a twin over queen bunk bed plus plenty of room for the additional provided air mattress.

Situated next door to the Galveston Island Brewery, a favorite attraction among locals and visitors, with a private deck that showcases amazing sunsets and some fun people watching.

Great for two families that need a little separation or additional privacy, but still want to travel together.

Bathrooms have a shower and tub with heightened LED rain head as well as a curved shower rod for that little extra space when needed.

Galveston's beaches, convenience store, laundromat as well as a local's favorite bar for that afternoon cocktail or spirit, are just a short walk away. Of course there's plenty of fun to be had for both kids and adults alike at the brewery next door!

Pleasant trip.
The unit was even larger than it looks in pictures and allowed my family of 6 to spread out comfortably. The beach was a quick 2 minute drive away with ample parking and wasn't crowded at all. Mark was pleasant to talk with and I would happily stay here again.

Hoppy House Get Together!
Loved loved loved the lay out and location of this home, yes it is a simple beach house but it has everything you need for a lovely stay w/family & friends. On one side you have the large living room with comfy sectional, complete with TV to relax & watch movies, kitchen very functional with everything you need toaster included, large dining table to eat and play games full bathroom and a bedroom w/queen bed & closet, access to small balcony(this side I recommend for early birds) On the other side you have the bunk room/gameroom also is very large, comes with foosball table, TV, small settee, has its own kitchen and full & queen bunk bed, door which opens to main patio. The master bedroom is on this side w/attached bathroom, closet (contains air mattress & extra sheets) access to small balcony.((Recommend this side for the night owls) just close the door between the 2 areas and everyone is happy! Agree with other reviews beds and pillows were very comfortable and you might need extra towels if more than 6 guests. Easy access to property, includes 2 covered parking spaces and 1 open one, there is a hose to wash off with after a day at the beach. The beach is a 7 minute walk, much less crowded than midtown, had no issue finding a spot & we liked that it was less of a tourist place. Enjoyed the brewery next door for appetizers & beers before heading out to dinner. We did have a hiccup during stay but Mark took care of it as soon as he could! We enjoyed our time together!

Great place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay. Mark was quick to respond today our messages! The house was HUGE, and we had plenty of room for our family of 8. The kids enjoyed the Foosball table, and we had everything we needed to cook meals. I can’t give enough stars to rate both the beds and pillows comfort! I slept so good here. I would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a simple place to sleep,shower, and chill between activities then this is a great place to call home. Location is pretty centrally located. Not too far away from anything that you might want to do. Very clean when we arrived. Lots of space. We had 6 adults and 2 small children in our party. The property manager is very attentive and is quick to respond to any questions. The only things i could criticize really was the grill is pretty toasted. But it was too hot to grill while we were there anyways.

We had a great time on our short trip. The house was ready when we arrived. The beds were super soft and had clean linens. The whole house is pretty big and our family of 7 did great there. The only things I would’ve changed is more towels, more trash bags, and better internet (but we get that it’s the island. Just know the internet is spotty). We also had to buy our own frying pan because the one there is very small. Other than that, our stay was great. We took a tour of the brewery and tried some of their beers and enjoyed the food truck they had outside.

Very nice, Clean and Convenient location. Playground close by which was important for our 3 yo grand daughter. Beds were comfortable and house had initial start up items. We would definitely stay again. Host was very quick to respond to communications.
