Confusion w my reservation from day one...people kept coming to my room as they were guven the room. At one point housekeeping packed all of mine and my daughters things. All our personal items from the bathroom and all our loose items on night stand, dresser etc. were thriwn into a garbage bag. My wet bathing suit and dresses I had hanging were thrown into my suit case. Once again I went to front desk and they said there was confusion...??? They called me once when I was away to confirm my room #(117) but they couldn't call me before they packed our things...Next complaint is AC...dont know what the ussue is but my room was humid..so humid to the point the door, the floor, the furniture was wet and all our cloths was damp. Wifi seldom ever worked. Everytime I complained no help was offered and no apologies. One young man was the nicest one I believe his name was Danny. He said he would talk to manager about problems and compensation. When I checked out no one knew anything and manager was not available. If this can be passed on I would appreciate it.

Checked in and was charge 10 dollars for parking fee, which I did not have a car. The room we stayed in the outlet in bathroom did not work. The had a bug trap behind the nightstand which had cockroaches in the trap. No air in the common areas

Disgusting room, shower had black dirt around it. The bedding was wet when arriving. Charged $90 for towels that I "ruined" even though I had a medical emergency. Terrible Service. The front desk staff were super unprofessional, couldn't even focus on check in without laughing with the other workers. Will never recommend again.

Beds were comfortable, some staff were friendly and helpful as others were rude and gave us incorrect information. The location was FANTASTIC!!! Overall the AC did not work, this is TX its hot, and AC is a must have. The sheets in our room were badly badly stained which was not noticed until after we slept in the beds. The rooms are very much unlike the pictures, things are outdated and under construction and not clean!

When entered the room there was an overwhelming smell of mildew. The previous guest that stayed there left hair on the floor letting me know the cleaning crew did not prep the room nor clean the room correctly. And the room doors was hard to push. Never again.

Great location for visiting Galveston. On Seawall BLVD almost across the street from the Pleasure Pier. Walkable to many restaurants and bars along the seawall. Just a 5 minute drive to the Strand and downtown. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Facility is a little dated. Staff had a hard time keeping breakfast stocked on weekend mornings. Policy is to only clean rooms every three days unless specifically requested. We had to remind them to clean on the third day. Overall a good experience and we would go back again.

The rooms are in need of updates, especially in the bathroom. The faucets were difficult to operate and dripped no matter how you maneuvered them when done using. The bed linens appeared new but the towels were mismatched and very worn. The television never worked, just a black screen despite following the posted directions. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room temperature was easily controlled. The location is great with plenty to see, do and eat close by…the water views were stunning!

Decent for the price. The only negative is that — except for one young lady — the front end staff was very young, poorly trained, and lacking in enthusiasm for their guests and their jobs. The “free breakfast” was awful and when I asked for some fresh yogurt to be brought out, the response was very unenthusiastic. Location is terrific if you want to be right on Seawall Dr.

Check in was easy. The door handle for the bathroom fell apart trying to close the door. The hotel is very convenient to the beach and pleasure pier. Bathroom had hair all over shower wall, it was an interesting stay

Nice place to stay, I just wish we could have swam in the pool. It’s not heated, so it’s really cold
