Relaxing Weekend
The condo was exactly as described. It was clean, had plenty of bedding, towels and kitchenware. The view of the beach was great. At night, it was relaxing to just sit on the balcony and listen to the waves roll in. The condo staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely rent this unit again.

This unit was the perfect spot for a close family friend during a family wedding in Galveston. She noted how comfortable the bed was & commented on how quiet the unit was. The unit also has many wonderful extras -- beach cart etc. Some concerns regarding the AC -- it seemed to be struggling a bit to cool even during the mild April temps. This was noted in the review left at the property front desk so that it can be checked. Overall a comfortable stay & would not hesitate to book this property in the future.

This was a great place to stay for me, my husband, and 6 year old son for our mini vaca. I loved being able to walk straight to the beach from our condo and not having to pass over busy streets - especially w/ a child. The place felt very safe. It has a very pleasant ambiance. The front desk guy was so friendly and helpful. The condo had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach Vacay
Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end. Being on the east end made our stay very relaxing and peaceful. It was quiet and easy-going, but it was still close enough to all the great restaurants and shops. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed. John at the front desk was helpful and friendly with restaurant recommendations. This was a much needed vacation to recharge, and it met all our expectations.

Fantastic beach retreat experience
The location is amazing - beach and wildlife, beautiful flowers, birdsong and an incredible view. The condo was serene with everything you would need - a super comfortable bed and balcony furniture, beach stuff in a wagon, and the 24-hour front desk staff was welcoming and super helpful. I felt very safe and taken care of. Last but certainly not least - the owners were so accessible, responsive and considerate - thank you Kristen and Brad for a simply wonderful beach retreat!

Great view, which we wanted!! The microwave definitely needs cleaning. There were 2 forks and one was plastic so, think about getting something else. Other then that it was a great time!

Overall the condo was very nice and plenty of room for me and my husband. Great views and could get to the beach very easily. Having the wagon with chairs and other items was nice but it was full of sand and we had to clean it out so we didn’t get sand everywhere in the condo. It was pretty warm in there when we arrived as well. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our time there.

My daughter and I stayed here for her 13th birthday weekend. It was a wonderful property! The room was clean, the bed(s) were comfortable, the location is perfect, the beach was enjoyable, and the overall experience earned a solid 5 star rating! Damn great!
The view is amazing - you can see and hear the ocean from the flat within obstruction from seawall. Good amenities, and John at the front desk was delightful. Clean - but might need a few very minor details looked after (nothing that would prevent staying again!!!). Also great communication from the owner. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Much needed get away
The biggest draw, for us, was that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the seawall, no noise, and a private beach access. It was perfect. So quiet, we listened to and read next to the pounding surf. The condo complex was pristine, inviting, and had many amenities. Sparkling pool, several fun outdoor games, grills, eating areas. Our particular condo was more of the same.... clean, quiet, relaxing and conducive to the much needed down time we were needing. The view to the ocean was unobstructed, and we enjoyed watching the huge ships through the provided binoculars. The master bedroom view to the bayside was pretty cool too, for ship watching. The rooms were nice, comfy beds, all with their own ac units. They don't have closets, but there was one rolling hanger rack that was useful. The owners provided everything you'd need foe hitting the beach, from towels to a huge cabana, to chairs, and toys for kiddos. The private walk to the beach is easy to make with the huge wagon for all the stuff. We made our own meals several evenings, with all we needed in the kitchen, utensils and dishes. We'll use this again, I'm certain. It was just what we needed..

Great beach getaway
What a great beach getaway spot... This was our 1st experience with VRBO and we just loved all the extra personal touches versus a hotel. We will certainly be back to visit. Things included which were amazing to us.. Private beach, Beach umbrella, chairs, sand toys, ball, beach towels wagon... Everything for coffee and shampoo, conditioner and body wash...just to name a few Not to mention the adorable room and awesome view.. Ohh and the bed was super comfy.

Had a great stay...but the stove shocks u when cooking on big burner and the sliding back glass door came off hinges on its own... then as we were leaving ac unit was leaking water inside condo.. so I hope there's no problems with the billing

We really enjoyed our stay. I wish it could have been longer. The location is great. We appreciate the small kitchen and wet satisfied with the meals we made. The ONLY minor snag was the fact that there is no air vent over the stove. Sooooo Yeah, we set off the alarm. Oops! But at least we know that if that happens, the front desk comes knocking to see if everything is ok. We are looking forward to the next time!

It was cozy. Beautiful unit. Just need add few things. Stepstool for microwave that is above refrigerator( I am 5 ft person). Maybe add portable ironing board and iron( we had a date at a nice restaurant and wanted to iron our nice clothes) Maybe few cute hangers to hang on hooks as there is no closet. It is a studio. I understands. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

Unable to Enjoy This Property
I chose this place carefully. We had a 3 day weekend and this time our pet became ill and needed to be seen by vet daily. This is not something anyone could do for us, and we live 2+ hours away, we could not justify going and also a hurricane was just off the coast with evacuees flooding the roads we travel. It just did not see to be a good or wise decision to leave pet home alone, drive back and forth, etc. Unfortunately, this was not at all expected or anticipated. Therefore I did not look into extra insurance, and I am not sure if would have covered these issues anyways. Sadly, it seems to be the perfect place to unplug and enjoy the sea. Maybe another time!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach room! Clean and cozy, loved the coffee maker and full fridge. The views are wonderful, the wooden bridge out to the beach also includes a wetland/meadow ecosystem that was awesome for our 2&4 yr olds to see more wildlife and fauna. East beach is our new favorite Galveston spot: no crowds!

Cute condo!
The condo was adorable and well appointed. The beach cart was super handy. The staff was helpful and courteous. The view was beautiful and the beach very private. The owners communicated everything we needed to know before our arrival. The only negative for us was that the A/C sound on the balcony made it harder to enjoy the sound of the crashing waves. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was very clean and just as expected from the description. Check in process was easy. The location is perfect - right on the private beach and away from the craziness of the main Seawall area, but a short drive if you do want to go down there for dinner or the attractions. The condo itself has everything you need and is perfect for a small family. The building was clean and had a great heated pool plus elevators. Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay there again.
