Located within the Costa Otranto Park Santa Maria di Leuca and Bosco di Tricase, it is surrounded by rock vegetation, enjoys a panorama with a poetic touch and exclusive access to the sea.
Accommodation:
Our structure, simple and autonomous, is obtained from the renovation of an ancient conical pajara, a characteristic trulli-shaped structure built with dry stone, with walls 1 m thick, offering a fresh natural environment, justifying the lack of A / C, however the rooms are equipped with a fan, a significant testimony to the rural culture of the Salento Pugliese landscape. It consists of two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a rustic open kitchen. On the ground floor there is a small sitting area. From the open kitchen you can experience magnificent sensations while one eats in front of a splendid view of olive trees and the sea, under a beautiful moon.
Essential in furnishing, it is equipped with the main comforts, outside guests can enjoy a terrace with a breathtaking view to the coasts of Albania, a small covered amphitheater where you can spend pleasant evenings and a barbecue where you can grill Apulian delicacies .
Equipped with exclusive parking shaded by a covered gazebo and is surrounded by terraced gardens that go down to the sea where you can enjoy an exclusive beach.
Possibility of an additional cot.
The estate is characterized by the spectacular nature of the rocky coastline in a Homeric atmosphere and atmosphere. We recommend sea shoes for the age. You will have to walk the centuries-old Cipolliane path in clay, flat for 50 meters, then descend through a light gully between the rocks, for 20 meters, which flows into the water. For any lovers of beautiful Caribbean beaches it takes just 10 km.
