Enjoyed the free amenities for Women in the lobby, Japanese breakfast and the outdoor bath. The room we stayed in was relatively large and had a great view of Mt. Fuji. The staff members were extremely helpful despite the language barrier.

Awesome little place, they have a binder with english instructions ready for you to read upon check in. It's a rather small hotel, so not a lot of noise nor people. The onsen was perfect (I was alone the whole time) and the japanese breakfast was amazing. I woke up earlier than anticipated and they accepted to move up my breakfast time that i chose the day before. They don't speak much English, but they are happy to help even without understanding right away.

Great onsen hotel
We love this hotel. It's a bit old but giving it a sorta Japanese onsen hotel vibe. The service is great and room is super clean and comes with a complementary breakfast. The greatest thing is when we woke up and open the window, the Mt. Fuji was so clean in front of us! That was beyond compare. The only reason we give it 4 stars is because we were not able to use the onsen due to our tattoos (even if our tattoos are nothing scary but super marios lol)

Really nice!
Wasn’t expecting too much from a 3 star hotel, but the hotel was cosy and comfortable. The double room (two single beds) was on the smaller side, but was decent. The view from the bedroom was unreal. Parts of the hotel were slightly dated, but was still a nice stay. Breakfast was really good and the Onsen was really good too. The hotel is in an amazing location, and everywhere is really accessible. Would stay again!

Fantastic outdoor bath house. Delicious Japanese breakfast. Excellent Yakiniku resturant at the hotel. Room whilst spotless was very cosy not much room to move so you need to get on well with travel companions.

Comfort under the majestic Mt. Fuji
Enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities and rooms were clean. Japanese breakfast was great. Rooms with views of Mt Fuji were fabulous. Onsen was a wonderful treat. Walk from the Fuji-Q station took about 15 minutes and takes you past a Lawsons, a couple of shops and restaurants, a bakery, and a supermarket.

Great little hotel. It is an older building but it’s very clean and maintained. Nice spacious bathroom and room. Not huge room but comfortable. Very nice restaurant there as well.

Even though the room was small, it was very well equipped. The free breakfast was excellent and the additional touches like the free gifts at the lobby area made it an even better experience. Plus they have a very good restaurant that serves great food at reasonable prices. Hotel guests get a 10% discount if they pay in cash. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location was quite out of the way and there was very little around. Breakfast was very basic and you were served a plate of food rather than usual buffet. Bed was very hard and pillow very lumpy. Staff also spoke very little English so very difficult to communicate although one did use a translator which was helpful.

洒店鄰近富士急，對駕駛人士是方便的，有免費車位，去市中心和鄰近景區也是5-20分鐘內的車程。房間是比較細的那一種，但清潔，有一個天然溫泉也有浴衣提供，也有一些護膚品提供，價格不高，所以對駕駛人士來説CP值算高。 沒有駕車的人可能比較不方便，還有就是升降機十分小的，所以人多的時候要有些耐性。

I have an email saying check out was at 11am and was not told otherwise. When check out came they called at 10:15am and said i had to leave as check out was at 10am and i was ok with it as i was ready to leave however i went to open the door and the maid was yelling at me telling me to get out. I did not feel welcome there and the fact that the onsen they have at the hotel is not tattoo friendly is a real let down. Its a nice hotel but the staff was not welcoming at all.

The on-site hot spring is amazing. Great view from the hotel. We can see mount Fuji directly from it. Definitely recommend the restaurant in this hotel. Great food for a reasonable price. Probably the best meal we had in this entire trip.

I loved the onsen they had onsight. It was empty most of the time so I had it all to myself. Its proximity to the Chureito Pagoda was great too. The staff couldn’t have been nicer.

Nice hotel off the beaten track
I stayed here for 2 nights. This a lovely little hotel that away from the main drag. It is clean, has all the mod cons and the staff are lovely. There isn’t a lot of English spoken but it’s more than enough to get by. It’s a 10-15 minute walk from Fujikyu Highland station (which is right next to the park itself). Aside from the park, the area is not touristy at all. Lake Kawaguchiko is easy to get to, either a 45 minute walk through the suburbs or 1 stop on the train with a 15 minute walk to the lake from there. The hotel itself is a business hotel so small rooms but plenty of stuff provided. There were a few Western tourists but otherwise all Japanese guests. There is an onsen on the ground floor- no tattoos allowed and some drink vending machines. Breakfast is provided each morning (go for the Japanese option). There is a 7-11 and Family Mart maybe 10 minutes away in opposite directions but otherwise not a lot nearby, however this is a great opportunity to go for a wander. The rooms facing the restaurant/street have Fujisan views, but just go for a walk somewhere and you’ll see it wherever you go. If you’re just going to Kawaguchiko then you may want to stay closer to the Lake, but this is a nice little spot to take in the local area and be one of the only tourists around. If I’m back in the area I’d consider staying here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was really good value-for-money. Daily breakfast included was better than expected - guests can choose between Japanese or western style breakfast. Sizeable outdoor onsen was of good quality and since the hotel is small and not overly crowded, we could have the bath to ourselves on most nights. Room may be small but we managed to fit our two 28” luggages albeit with little walking space. The bed covers may look rather old - mine had slight watermark stains but the white bedsheets underneath are changed daily so that’s fine. In summary, it was a comfortable stay and adequate for a restful night. Would definitely be back again!

Best value for money we found in Japan. The onsen was nice, entry area is well separated so it was good for beginners like us. I loved the breakfast - you can choose between Japanese or European breakfast and both were very very good. Very nice selection of complimentary toiletries like overnight milk, moisture lotion, daily shield milk, face mask etc. Having a Yakiniku next door was also insanely great.

We enjoyed our stay here. This hotel is very clean and offers a delicious breakfast. There is also a shared open-air bath to relax in. As this is a business hotel, the room size is only suitable for sleeping in, which is all we needed. The hotel is within walking distance of public transport and Fuji Q Highland.

Nice hotel close to Fuji-san
