It's fine. Some of the staff are very helpful. Some are rude. The cleanliness is okay but less than ideal. Of the handful of times Ive been there Ive noticed the hot water does not work well in the morning I think its an issue they have accross the building that the hot water struggles during peak usage times. The non smoking room smelled of smoke. If you want someone fairly low priced to go its fine. If you want somewhere actually nice maybe splurge a little.

Days inn Fredericton is straight up nasty. The hallways stinks like beer and cigarettes. Rooms are not kept clean & during my stay I seen blood in various places that was likley from iv drug use. This place should be closed down immediately.

This hotel was pretty sketchy to be honest. The smell & breakfast was something else.... Hard to navigate around hotel, wait staff not very friendly and definitely not worth $150. I honestly wouldve rather slept in my car.

It was not awful. Room was okay - found multiple hairs in the bed when pulling the blanket down. Other than that, it was fine for one night. Breakfast was typical but gross.

Clock in pool area not working. No Hot water in sink. Had to wait a VERY long time for hot water for shower. Electrical outlets between beds NOT working. Lamp by 1st bed not working. Outdoor pool area needs a cleanup. Pool & hot tub very nice. Breakfast choices very nice.

Rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast area a bit messy and dreary, but a decent spread. Outside needed some attention - garbage in spots; feels a bit neglected outside. Overall: a good motel disguised as an average hotel.

The stay was better than I anticipated given a friends review from a couple years ago at the same hotel. The room we stayed in was quiet, other than the heater/air conditioning unit not being completely sealed off to the outside, so it sounded like there was a window open. I put a hand towel on it to lessen the traffic noise from the highway nearby which thankfully quieted down at night. The heater/ac unit kicks in every 10 minutes or so it seemed and I knew that was going to wake me up eventually. Lowest I could set it to was 16, so I just unplugged it. The room stayed warm all night. Overall the room was nice, clean and comfortable. Had both a fridge and microwave and cable tv. Breakfast was included and was okay. We did not use the pool or hot tub but it was pretty busy in the evening. Upon checkout, I gave the front desk the heads up the heater/ac unit not being sealed off adequately anymore and she said she would send someone to fix that. Also said I could have told them sooner and they could have fixed it. Front desk staff were kind and polite both at check-in and out. :)

Our stay at Days Inn was very pleasant, starting with the friendly check in at the office. Our room was at the back, away from the traffic & very quiet. Beds were comfy. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Bathroom wasn’t clean. Toilet paper holder wouldn’t stay on the wall. Room was the smallest I have ever stayed in. Payed for a queen and only had a double bed. Not a very comfortable bed. TV was small(might have been 24”) and the picture was zoomed in somehow, so you were missing part of the screen. The chair in the room wasn’t comfortable.

Rooms generally clean. Could use some renos such as new carpet/paint. Breakfast was okay. Desk staff friendly, housekeeping staff not so much. Very noisy on weekend. Walking distance to food and shopping.

The heater in the room cycled on and off every 30 seconds. There was no rhythm to it and it kept me up all night. Added to that dozens of pre-teens running up and down the halls all night. And a hot tub that looked like it had not been cleaned and balanced in weeks.
