The detached villa was completely renovated and modernized in 2020. The building, which is divided into apartments of different sizes, is characterized by its good location in a quiet residential area with parking spaces and the accessibility of restaurants, bus stop and supermarket in just three minutes on foot.
A shared garden space is available.

Free rental bikes !!! We all know that sometimes it is difficult to be on a trip. That's why every guest receives a free rental bike during their stay.

There are several washing machines and a dryer in the building for free use.
The modern equipped studio has access to the terrace and a new kitchen with microwave, induction hob, freezer, refrigerator, basic cooking utensils and much more. WiFi and a large flat-screen TV with free Netflix, Youtube and Amazon Prime provide entertainment. The studio is stylishly furnished and there is a desk for working in the apartment. War eher kalt im Apartment - konnte die Heizung nicht regulieren. Gab auch nur eine, eher dünne Decke. Check-in hat sehr gut geklappt, Parken hat gut, Lage und Infrastruktur gut für meinen Zweck (Tagung); Sauberkeit ok;
