The detached villa was completely renovated and modernized in 2020. The building, which is divided into apartments of different sizes, is characterized by its good location in a quiet residential area with parking spaces and the accessibility of restaurants, bus stop and supermarket in just three minutes on foot.

Free rental bikes !!! We all know that sometimes it is difficult to be on a trip. That's why every guest receives a free rental bike during their stay.

There are several washing machines and a dryer in the building for free use.
The modern equipped studio has a small kitchenette with a microwave, induction cooker, freezer, refrigerator, basic cooking utensils and much more. WiFi and a large flat-screen TV with free Netflix, Youtube and Amazon Prime provide entertainment. The studio is stylishly furnished and there is a desk for working in the studio. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Das war Apartment war genauso wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Man hat zu zweit genug Platz. In der Nähe befinden sich auch Einkaufsmlglichkeiten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.😊

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, jedoch ist die Internetverbindung bzw. das WLAN Signal sehr schwach und kaum zu gebrauchen. Auch die Funktionen des Smart TV leiden unter der schwachen Internetverbindung. Reinigungsutensilien fehlen ebenfalls, um bei längeren Aufenthalten das Zimmer sauberhalten zu können.
