Property was clean and very quiet. My only issue was the lobby stunk really bad. I spoke to receptionist a supposedly the rain was causing a sewage smell??

The attendants and housekeeping staffs were very attentive. I love the friendliness they showed us when we arrived through the front door. Even upon entering our room, there were signs that offered extra amenities the hotel has especially if you are a grill fanatic (they have a grill for guest to use, or if you need slow cooker, rice cooker etc). They room, bathroom and hallways were clean. Its definitely family friendly, but no bar. But they do have Chedddar restaurant across the street!

Everything was great as far as accommodations and service goes. 2 things that were less than ideal: 1)There was a nasty sewage smell in the main lobby at ALL times. 2) Housekeeping decided to remove all of my personal toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, face wash, body wash, toothbrush, etc.), my consumables (water and snacks in my fridge), and my phone charger right in the middle of my stay! That was definitely frustrating but the front desk staff was very apologetic.

We liked that we could just walk to Cheddars for dinner, it is pretty much in the hotel parking lot. The hotel itself was just ok, they did not keep the coffee station refreshed, and there was just some small things missing in the room. Nothing big, overall a nice stay.

The lobby was constantly being sprayed with some sort of air freshener that was so strong and unpleasant that it made it uncomfortable to be in the lobby, at the elevators or at breakfast. The glassware in our room was dirty ( fingerprints and lipstick on them still). They were out of ‘do not disturb’ signs for the doors. And be warned that the sofa bed is extremely small (like feet hanging off the end) and the mattress is more like a 2 in piece of flimsy foam.

We arrived for a late check in and were given the accessible room. It was nice but the layout was not thought out in terms of of the details. The outlets weren’t near the mirrors and the bedding wasn’t complete for the pullout. The rest of the room was set up like others I’ve seen. The staff were very nice.

Great hotel
The hotel was really nice. The pool was great. The breakfast was good. I didnt have body wash in the shower tho. I asked and it was never brought over from housekeeping .was ok tho.I was suppose to have a king suite and it wasnt available. So.just got the queen.

We have always stayed at LaQuinta as they are pet friendly but their properties and management of properties have declined in recent years. Towneplace Suite by Marriott provides a great experience all around. Hope I can find more of these properties throughout the US! The property was well lit and very clean. Bravo!

I liked that it was quiet. Cons - housekeeping never came to our room any of the days that we stayed there M-F. No AC in the hallways or elevator. It felt like a sauna.

I will start with i lived the property and location and washer and dryers. What i didnt like. Customer service was not good had to verbally request to get their attention numerous times when standing right next to you. Lack of eye contact to acknowledge you. Not enough employees. Service lady in food court would not speak or answer you when spoken to. Reported dresser drawer broken and they didnt seem to care. Requested for 3 days for house cleaning. Was told on 4th day. Dont know why but were not on the schedule. Then they reported to front desk we had a pet! For which we did NOT. The last issue was our fold out couch in front room was so broken in could not sit on it. So could only sit on floor as there was no chair. Had to ask for a roll away so my Granddaughts could sleep as the couch was so horrible. So praying 1k for a week stay was the worst experience i have had at a hotel. However the location,and grounds and amenities were gteat.

Safe place especially with kids. There was a smell in the front area and the rooms were above average. The beds were less than stellar and need to be replaced.

The beds were very comfortable, had a great night's rest! Location was nice, easy access to local dining. Upon check out, the staff was very helpful and made check out so easy. I would recommend staying at this facility. I would definitely return to this location.

A Good Suites Option
The hotel is in a good location. There is a decent continental breakfast served each morning that lasts until about 930-10am. The king suite was nice and clean, and the AC worked great. The only negatives I have would be that the lobby smells like a cheap, strong cleaning solution, and the AC in the common areas and hallways has not worked for months, which made it muggy with a slight wet dog smell. I would choose to stay here again because of location, surrounding amenities, and the quality of the room itself. The humidity and slight odor in the hallways did not negatively impact my room. Hopefully this is repaired soon. The staff was very friendly.
