You are minutes away from Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium, Texas Rangers Stadium, TCU, the Fort Worth Stockyards, Billy Bob's, Downtown FW, Rodeo, Will Rogers, Dickies Arena, Arlington Highlands, restaurants, supermarkets, malls, etc. This beautiful home is perfect for groups or families. It has large flat screens throughout the house. It is 2400 sq. ft. and open concept with a fully functional kitchen, 2 car garage and a private yard and patio area. Ultra High Speed Wi-Fi & Spectrum Cable TV!
We have 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have their own private full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and private toilet room. The other 3 guest bedrooms respectively have a queen, a full and a full over full bunk bed. We also have a sun room that has a sofa and loveseat and plenty of room for the queen air mattress in case more sleeping space is needed. The sun room has a 65" TV on the wall that is perfect to watch the game. The office is great to catch up on work, but it has a full size futon in case more sleeping space is needed.

The full sized kitchen has a side by side fridge, double oven, a range, dishes, flatware, coffee maker (pods and/or a carafe), toaster, blender, etc. The laundry room has an oversized top-load washer and dryer. We have a charcoal Weber grill on the patio. The oversized garage can easily house two pick-up trucks. The private driveway is also long enough for 8 more vehicles. The home is in a very established neighborhood in Fort Worth with security cameras covering every inch of the exterior of the property. Your safety and security is our highest priority. We also have plenty of towels and sheets on site. The home is practically new and has it all!

The house is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for my family. Each of the four bedrooms has a full bathroom. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay.

Sam was a great host and Roy was a wonderful property manager. They both provided quick responses. The house was clean and very spacious. The house was very secure with cameras and a large gate. The two car garage was a huge plus. The house was only a quick 15 minute drive to many of our favorite places in Fort Worth.

Pulling into the neighborhood we weren't sure if we were in the right area be the neighborhood is old and we were expecting a newr house because of the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised to find the newly renovated house

The home was beautiful and very spacious and clean. Kitchen is nice and there were some staples left in the pantry. The beds were a little firm for us. Beautiful fenced front yard was great for our dogs. Fence on side between neighbors had missing pickets and was broken, so we couldn’t let our dogs out in the backyard. Huge driveway in the back allowed us to park all our cars in back and close the gate. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but we felt safe.

Beautiful home with everything we needed for a busy family weekend! We could not have been happier with the property and amenities! The space was fantastic, beds and linens superior, TVs and electronics over the top! This home was even better than the pictures. Our extended family would love to stay here again. Responsiveness from hosts was above and beyond. PERFECT!

This was an amazing stay for my family! The home look just as pictured on the posting. Everything was as stated in the description except for the couch that turned into a sleeper. My parent's loved their master suite 😍. The family loved the home and gave several compliments. I can truly say this home made me want to make it my personal home. I read comments and agree with the person who says they want to purchase this home!!!! We chose this space because it was new renovated and had the ample amount of sleeping areas. The listing is not to far from the interstate. They yard space is well maintained, with parking in front and back. All otems need to cook are availble.

This property features a fresh remodel with a great combination of public and private spaces. Great for a large family or group. With a private full bath for all four bedrooms (three en suite), the private spaces are great. The kitchen and other public spaces are well outfitted to gather for meals and other activities. The property is secure and the neighborhood is quiet.
