Property was nice & quiet, room was clean, beds were comfortable but front desk lady at check in was rude, the wifi was down and the ad for the hotel stated ‘FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE” but failed to say it doesn’t start until 7am so I had to pay an additional $40 for an Uber to take me less then 15 minutes to airport at 6:30am. Additional the breakfast is terrible but there is an IHOP within walking distance!!

Excellent hotel for the money. One of the best I've ever stayed in in Dallas. Clean and modern and the staff is super friendly. Excellent hot breakfast in the morning. Decent gym.. Great airport shuttle.

The bed comforter had poop everywhere where it was covered with a top. The manager was rude and told me why I didn’t leave the hotel when I found it instead of make a complaint.

I stayed here after my flight got cancelled and I was stuck at DFW airport. Hotel was much nicer than I expected. Very modern, updated, comfortable and clean. Decent breakfast and has airport shuttle. All staff were very nice. I was happy to find this hotel at the last minute. There is shopping nearby but it seems like you would need a car. Hotel is off the highway.
