The gentleman who was at the front desk was very overwhelmed but kept his cool and he was very polite. I think the housekeepers did not complete their cleaning but he was able to accommodate us.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do while visiting. The only downside is the train tracks that are right off the property. Trains are running all night and even with us using a white noise machine, we could hear the trains all night.

Everything was great overall, bed super comfy & service very friendly. 2 things kept from 5 stars: while clean. There was still food/leftovers in the fridge from the prior guest. At check in no one at the desk & after waiting about 10 min I tried calling hotel before someone came out.
