Awesome House for Large Group
Great place for large group. Plenty of room for 10 to sleep. The kitchen & living room had plenty of seating for our group of 10. The house is equipped with everything you need. The property manager -Ray was great to deal with. Will book again for next year.

Perfect Family/Friend Getaway!
This place was way cool..!! Very clean. Huge spaces... and plenty to keep us entertained. We loved our stay. Aside from being excited to be in an active airplane hanger, the house was equipped with many game and entertaining options. Beds were comfortable and every part of the space was very clean. Wouldn't mind staying here again on our next trip to Ft. Worth.

Always a great place
There for a business trip, have stayed multiple times. A great experience every time. The atmosphere is spectacular and get a little pool tourney each time we stay. Close to eagle mountain lake as well.

Family Trip
We had a fun time at the Aviator property. Everyone enjoyed playing pool and air hockey. Spacious bedrooms rooms and living room. The owner was very courteous. The property manager was very helpful and kind. Recommend for a family outing!

Awesome place and tons of space
This property is huge and very nice. The appliances and beds are all great and in great condition. We had an awesome time there. There is plenty of room to hang out and watch football. We also really enjoyed the cafe down the street for breakfast.

Unique and fun entertainment venue
We had my husband's 50th birthday party here and we could not have picked a better location. Plenty of space, lots of games and common areas for gathering. Large kitchen and bedrooms. All our guests were impressed and we had an all around wonderful experience.

A Must Experience
The property is clearly unique being at a working private airport, that is a great opportunity for any family or group of friends. However, the facility is set up to optimize the experience with a well thought through activities indoors and a fabulous space. But it would not be the same without the host, Ray is a one of a kind special individual who makes you feel welcome and is a fountain of a lot of information about flying and the facility. A must experience you will always remember fondly

Perfect getaway for medium sized family with room to spare!
We used the venue for a four sibling reunion including their spouses, kids and grandkids. With all of the large rooms, this home was perfect for our needs+! After the big reunion party, just the siblings and spouses stayed overnight to catch up on years missed. It was great for both the large and small groups. The billiard table, ping pong, air hockey and foosball were in constant use to bring all the cousins, nieces and nephews closer together. It really couldn't have been more perfect and pleasant!

Quiet & Chill
Very interesting property. Loved how quiet it was at night and unique surroundings. Had a couple of hiccups, but nothing that stopped us from having a good time. If you have multiple large cars/trucks, check in with listing owners.

Stockyards Trip
We thoroughly enjoyed or family trip stay at this property. There was plenty of room for the nine of us to spread out in. Property is located convenient to Ft Worth and The Stockyards. Owner was very friendly. The hangar and airport atmosphere was very interesting. Would definitely book again.

Great unique stay!

Incredible Home
Great place to surprise your group with. It's in an airport and houses several small planes. We will definitely plan to stay here again next year when we have another event in Fort Worth. Large space, ping pong, foosball, pool table and airplanes taxiing just outside. The kids loved it!

Birthday Weekend Getaway
My sweetie rented this property for me for my birthday & I was totally shocked, it was amazing. We love different & this was definitely a different & spectacular experience. If you’re looking for a unique getaway look no further THIS IS IT!!!! From the scenery to actually being able to take cool pics & walk around to view the scenery in the area that is a part of this unique experience, this was very unique & fun. The owner & his wife were very hospitable, friendly & very responsive, they even came to meet us. It was a cool & fun experience. I loved it & so did all of my family & friends that came to celebrate with me. You won’t be disappointed in this experience, we will definitely be back again & again.

Wonderful Thanksgiving!
We spent 5 nights here over Thanksgiving week! Raymond provided everything we needed and was wonderful to work with! The home was clean and large enough for us to host our family (who lived nearby) for Thanksgiving! The pool table was a big hit w/our family!

A Great Family Stay
A very unique property right in the heart of a small airport! There was no plane noise either! It was a perfect spot for my family gathering. Thrre is many games to play and the Fort Worth Stock Yards are only about 30 minutes. The host was more than kind. We had a great time!

We celebrated our daughter’s 22nd birthday with her college friends at this vrbo this past weekend and it did not disappoint! From the friendly and generous hospitality provided by the owner, Ray, to the well appointed, clean and welcoming home, we were able to throw a truly fun and memorable “Feeling 22” party! The hangar, currently home to 4 aircraft, was great for photo ops. The game tables were a nice entertainment feature. The kitchen was perfect for food and cake preparation. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend this location for your next stay in Fort Worth. ✈️🎉

Perfect Escape from Reality
Absolutely loved our stay at "The Hanger"!! This was obviously a unique listing and I wasn't sure if the experience would live up to the expectations but it definitely surpassed them. Everything was so clean and there was even an elevator! The host, Ray, was top notch. Made a point to introduce himself to us and even offered to take my friends and me on a scenic air tour of Fort Worth in their Mooney. He set up a pickleball court in the parking bay and between that, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, a pool table and a big screen tv to watch college football, my friends and I were in heaven. The house inside the hanger was huge. The beds and couch were very comfortable. Even though the house is at an airport, it was so quiet. I live in Fort Worth but was looking for a weekend "away" and even though I didn't leave the city, I got the trip I needed. Highly recommended!! Book this spot quickly while there is still availability and before they raise the prices!

SO MUCH FUN!!
We had the best weekend celebrating family birthdays! The hanger is beyond amazing and there was plenty of room to host our family. What a unique experience! Ray was the absolute BEST host from booking until check out!! They even took my husband and son in law up in one of the planes for a once in a lifetime experience!! This was the BEST weekend! Leadership Retreat
When searching for a place to have our annual nonprofit's leadership/strategic planning retreat, I had three criteria: 1) I needed something with ample space for 8 coworkers to work together in a comfortable setting (the living room was PERFECT for this); 2) something that could sleep 8 people (6 of us shared beds, and our lone guy got his own room. It felt like an old school sleepover!); and 3) something that offered recreation for when we needed a break from working (hello ping pong, pool, and air hockey!) What we didn't expect nor even think to DREAM of was an opportunity to take to the skies in a small plane. That was undoubtedly the highlight of our weekend, literally ending us on a high note. As if being located inside a hangar wasn't already special, the house itself is beautifully appointed with comfy furniture, ample seating options, and an incredible kitchen outfitted with every single item we needed. Beds and linens were outstanding. Ray and Zach were both incredibly kind and hospitable. We've already booked our 2022 retreat here, and feel blessed to have found such a perfect host for our annual event.
