Everything about my stay was perfect.This hotel is very near lots of shops & services so it's convenient. The only thing that *did come up was not within the control of staff to fix- inadequate parking on site. I also discovered the draperies did not completely close in the sleeping area of my room, but I spoke with a Manager (on checkout) who was very helpful & I felt confident it would be fixed for the next guest. I would absolutely would stay here again, and recommend this hotel to others.

Check in was terrible, called and spoke with the Indian front desk lady twice before arriving asking for room 131, told it was out of order then called day before and told 128 was available and I could check in early. Everything changed when we arrived and were not allowed to check in right away. Even had difficulty when asking for a 2nd key. Everything else was fine.

I picked this location because it was centrally located to the activities we wanted to do. I like that.The hotel was quiet for the most part. In the room I did not care for the TV mounted in the living area. Add an angle you could barely see t. V. The pool was fine except there's a crack on the bottom.of pool that scratched my foot. The 1 day I requested room to be cleaned.No one ever showed up. Staff was friendly. I did not like that.There are hidden parking fees.I was unaware of when booking . Overall, average experience too many other locations. Could have been a better experience.

We were welcomed with a great smile and awesome hospitality from Ms. Abby! Our king suite was clean and neat. Set up to perfection. The area of the hotel is located in the Cultural District of Fort Worth so it is surrounded with plenty of restaurants, stores, entertainment, and businesses. Good breakfast that is included with your stay. Do not second guess! Reserve and go on in!

Overall the property was very nice, it is walking distance to restaurants and shopping updated clean room and friendly staff. What we didn’t like was that the $17 parking fee was not disclosed by the staff upon check in, it wasn’t until we received an invoice/charge for it. Also the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and almost useless. I would say the bed being uncomfortable is unusual for a Marriott property but the last 2 we’ve stayed at have been lacking
