We stayed at this property 3rd time, it is great value, very convenient location (walking distance to supermarket and restaurants, one block to the beach). Pool was not as clean as I would like. Also I had a problem with WiFi connection, it did not require a password, and I was getting a warning that network was open and not secured. Despite assurance from the management, I did not feel comfortable using it for work or banking.

The room was clean and comfortable. Park on the side of the building, parking in front can lead to trouble backing out onto a busier street. The heated pool was a huge bonus! The downfalls-not much soundproofing- we could hear our neighbors. The water temperature in the shower was a bit finicky and the showerhead could have been installed higher, but we would stay here again.

Good value for the money
Pros 1. Perfect location, across thé street from thé beach 2. Quiet 3. Laundry on site 4. Pool 5. Good online communication (minus the glitch where I had to call to get the door code, as opposed to getting it 24 before) 6. Parking available on the property, ne er a problem. 7. One of the cheapest choices for the period and the location. Cons 1. Furniture. Particularly bad were the bed frame, pillows and mattress. Woke up every morning with the body aching. 2. Two coffee bags at the beginning of the stay, not willing to provide more. 3. Towels were old and showing their age. All in all, a great choice of you are interested only in location by the beach and basic amenities.

My room faced the garbage bins and catwalk. The beds are thin mattresses on springs. Nothing like the pictures. Brian was as helpful as he could be, but all management is offsite and difficult to get

I enjoyed this location, convenience, layout, friendliness all wonderful. I especially enjoyed having the patio set by each unit, offering privacy or grouping flexibility. This made for a comfortable atmosphere. The decorating is very warm and welcoming. I loved the bedding and wall decor. It is impossible to make it dark in the room for sleeping, which takes some adjusting. It would help if the small kitchen window could be covered at night. The pillows are terrible. They are flat and pointless. I heard more than one person say so. I advised rolling up linens inside the pillowcase. Still not a good feel. The water pressure is pretty low, hard to rinse out hair products. Also, the slow water settings are inconvenient when it comes to the refilling of the toilet tank between uses. All in all, I enjoyed the place and would gladly return! I am sure my companion feels the same! Thanks, np

My stay at the property will be my last. The beds were uncomfortable, the wifi kept going in and out and the fact that there was no frony desk on the property was a problem for me.

What I didn't like is that there was a hurricane going right up thru the center of Florida and I was coming down from Alabama. My only way of getting there was to drive thru the center of Florida, and that is where the HURRICANE WAS!!!. I was NOT going to put me and my family in harms way!! When I called Expedia, the lady on the phone said she had to call the property owner. She got back on the phone with me and told me the property owner was not giving refunds because they were opened. Well they may have been opened but they didn't care how others were going to have to get there. Not everyone going there were in a NO HURRICANE ZONE!! I'm still waiting for my Credit Card company to get back to me, they already issued me a refund, we're just waiting to hear back from Sea Steps by Lowkll.

Karol, we understand where you are coming from and it must have been a misunderstanding on the part of Expedia its true that we usually don't grant refunds since we have a cancellation policy to protect us but to say we don't care about our guests and we just want their money is an understatement, yes we were in the no hurricane zone and we were open during that time but we did break our cancellation policy during these times in cases like yours. Since we have issued your refund already it will now depend on your bank to process it. Just a nice simple stay.
I think this is the 4th time I have stayed here. My room was nice and clean, the towels are excellent. They are quick to respond to a question or request, the property has a new roof and the landscaping had just been trimmed. I don't mind (in fact prefer) the no housekeeping during my 5 night stay, it lets me keep stuff out rather than having to tidy up all the time.

Spring in South Florida
Very clean little hotel with a nice outdoor area. Super close to the beach, and pier - all in walking distance. If you need an inexpensive beach get-away, then this is a nice place to stay.

The roof was actively being removed from the entire property. This was a construction zone with many parking spaces blocked off for throwng roofing materials off of the roof and into dump trucks below. We heard nail guns and elwctric saws in use from 8am until dark every day. This was not a relaxing atmosphere.

I wouldn’t if I were you.
Checking in with no staff on hand isn’t the most convenient, but understandable with Covid, but someone should be available to answer the phone. After multiple attempts I was able to talk to a very nice lady that helped me gain access to the room. The door knob for the bathroom was literally hanging, no way the cleaning staff could’ve missed it. But after going into the bathroom and noticing the mold on the shower curtain, I guess it’s completely possible. The dishes in the cabinet were not clean. I get the Florida weather, but there is definitely way more cockroaches than should be running around the room. They were putting a new roof on the buildings, so getting to hear a bunch of pounding on the roofs at 8:00 in the morning is a great way to start the vacation days off. On a bright note, the pool and chairs were pretty nice. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, spend a little more and get to enjoy your vacation.

The location of the property is very convenient for beach access, dining, and shopping. we really enjoyed the swimming pool area. The rooms were small but comfortable. I would recommend some painting and patching for some old water damage on the ceiling. It would present much better.

Awesome long weekend stay. Great location close to the beach and plenty of dining. Room was in good shape, nice pool area and in and out was easy. Very good communication from the owners. Would go back!

Very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. There was no staff on site, all communication was by email. Upon arrival we noticed all rooms had small patios with views of the pool except ours. They had put us in a back corner of the complex with no view or patio. We requested another room, but was told they were booked. We asked for some additional towels, as we were staying 7 days and only had one towel each. We were told in a text message that we were responsible for laundering our own towels and bedsheets and purchasing our own bath tissues, that this hotel did not offer these amenities. There was no daily service offered. When booking this hotel with Travelocity none of this was stated on the web site or in any of the other information we were sent by email. They also expected dishes from the small kitchen area offered to be done in the small sink in the bathroom witch is unsanitary and unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel!
