Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
We booked through hotels.com and received a confirmation/reservation code, however on arrival at the property at 23:00 were informed that there was no availability. No contact was made to inform us of this fact prior to travel (including flights & car hire) and no help was offered to attempt to find alternative accommodation. We were left on the street at 23:30 at the start of the Carnival holiday with no accomodation, no communication and no help! If this is the nature of Hotels.com and Brava Apart Hotel's collaboration and customer service then I would strongly recommend that other customers avoid at all costs!!!
