Domoまで歩いて数分の距離にあり、観光の途中でもホテルに戻って一休みできます。スタッフの対応も親切・丁寧です。朝ご飯は、ハム・チーズ・ゆで卵にパン、フルーツ（パイン・メロン）などを取り放題。スタッフのお兄さんが入れてくれたカプチーノが美味しかったです。アットホームな雰囲気が良かったです。

Thank you for your review. In Florence we have read and black numbers. Red numbers are shop numbers whereas black numbers are building entrance numbers, hence our number 1 (black). If someone has difficulty with the lift, we usually try to explain it. If you push the button, you need to open the main door when it arrives. You then push the button to the floor you need, on arrival the internal doors will open but you just need to lightly push the main door to open it. They are very common in Italy. ドゥオーモに近く便利なホテル

ドゥオーモに歩いてすぐ近くて、観光するのにも最適です。駅にも近く、ピサの斜塔までも電車で日帰りしました。従業員の方も皆さんとても親切で、美味しいお店なども紹介して下さり、楽しい時間を過ごせました。

本当によかったです！

スタッフの方はみんな親切で、朝はカプチーノとチョコラータ、夜はグラスでドリンクをサービスしてくれます。朝ご飯のバイキングはおいしくてオシャレです！冷蔵庫がありません。また、三泊中、一泊はタオルを交換してくれませんでした。立地はドゥオーモのちかくで、とてもいいです！

ドゥオモ近接ファミリー経営のホテル

昨年夫婦で6泊し今年は妻が一人で5泊しました。ドゥオモにとても近く、フィレンツェ内のどこに行くにも便利です。ホテルの方々もとても親切で朝食もしっかりしており部屋も小綺麗。たた、妻によれば今回は部屋の暖房がなかなか効かなかったようなので、設備評価を4にしました。次にフィレンツェに行く機会があったら、また宿泊したいです。

街の中心に位置する便利なホテル

ドゥオーモから徒歩１分。徒歩で廻るフィレンツェにピッタリの、街の中心に位置したホテル。歴史ある建物の４階と５階にあるので部屋からの眺めも良い。メインストリート沿いで人通りも多いので治安が良い。

写真で見るよりも随分くたびれている印象。設備はかなり古い。朝食は特に期待していなかったが、非常に簡素。スタッフはフレンドリーで好印象だった。

写真とは少し違います

観光の立地は最高です。仕事、カップルには向いて無いかも。写真のイメージで行くとだいぶ薄暗い感じです。少し冷たく古く怖い感じもします。朝はドーモの鐘が聞こえていい感じ。朝食は普通。料金は立地の割には安いです。次は泊まらないかもです。ご参考までに。

詐欺の疑い。

1ヶ月以上前に予約していたのですが、宿泊予定の前日の夜に突然メールが来て、改装中なので他のホテルを用意している、と書かれていました。翌日の昼、フィレンツェに着いてすぐにイルペルセオに行くと、確かに改装中で泊まれる状況じゃありませんでした。オーナーらしき人が出て来て、近くのホテルに案内され、支払いの金額も同じ（支払い済みでした）、要望していたこと（2ベッドとバスタブ付きで見晴らしのいい部屋）と同じ条件の部屋なので何の心配もない、と何度も言って帰って行ったのですが、紹介されたフロントのスタッフからチェックインの手続きをしてもらっていると、バスタブはナシで、しかも1階にある部屋だとわかりました。私達が、約束が違うことを伝えると、要望はあくまで要望で通らないこともあるし、バスタブに関してはどの部屋にもない、とにかく今はその部屋しか用意できないと言われました。後から調べてみると、紹介されたホテルは、イルペルセオよりも安いホテルでした。（バスタブ付きの部屋は本当はあった！）長い時間をかけて、違う階の部屋には替えてもらいましたが、これは詐欺だと思います。改装中で泊まれないことは、早くから解っていただろうし、なのに前日の連絡では何もできないです。せめて、差額を返して欲しかったです。初めてのフィレンツェで、とてもイヤな思いをしました。

I am very sorry but it is difficult for me to understand your complaint. Perhaps it is the translator. You reserved a twin bedded room with us, non of our rooms have bathtubs so this was never guaranteed. Unfortunately we had to anticipate renovations to enlarge our breakfast room. The rooms on the top floor were available but complications and delays on the 3rd floor made it impossible for us to have anyone here for 10days. We went out of our way to guarantee your reservation at a Hotel within 100 metres of us at the same with the same level of appreciation on this website. If you were unhappy you should have told me straight away. When I spoke with the other hotel they confirmed you were happy and had been given everything you requested.Again I am sorry you we not happy, I wish you a happy 2016. Kind regards Louise

ドゥーモ拠点にしたいならオススメ

ドゥーモから近すぎてビックリ。部屋からの景色楽しみたい人は無理。外の観光重視なら、部屋は普通に綺麗で広いので文句なし。冷蔵庫はないが冬だったので問題なし。朝食も問題なく美味しい。スタッフは夜勤の若い男性以外はとても明るく親切でした。エアコンもしっかり作動してました。

Close to the Duomo, not too far from the train station and Unita to walk to, very helpful and pleasant staff, great breakfasts included in the price, room was a little musty and walls were a bit thin (noise-wise)

Great experience with a hotel that exudes character. Central location, walkable to many of the attractions. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast hit all the boxes. Room was simple but clean and comfortable. We would stay here in the future.

The staff here went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and provide recommendations for food and activities in the area. It was nice to arrive and be greeted by a friendly face. The location was in the middle of all the activity and still felt safe, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet despite being so central to all the activity. My only complaints were that there were mosquitoes in the room which made it difficult to feel settled to sleep, some mold/mildew in the shower, and the coffee from the machine at breakfast tasted burnt. It was an excellent location and the staff made us feel welcome. It was more straightforward and simple accommodation than other places on out trip, but I would stay here again.

Grazie Doug, I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Firenze is on a river, there is an issue with mosquitoes almost all year round now due to the climate change. Even though we have special insect repellent balls in the rooms, it is best not to leave the windows open. A couple of weeks ago we did try a new brand of coffee at the bar which we didn't like either, I think we have nailed it now. Happy safe travels

This is a hidden gem that is walking distance to all the sites. Amazing staff and breakfast was good. Controlled entry, very safe. We highly recommend this hotel.

Il Perseo is an excellent mid-priced, centrally-located option in Florence. Dont get freaked out when you arrive as the building and facility looked a bit old and worn, my room was beautiful and bath was spotless. The management and staff were just terrific in terms of directions, restaurant recommendations, etc. The breakfast is standard but quite good. For the price, this is a great value in an expensive, touristy Italian city!

The location was convenient. I could walk easily to sightseeing and restaurants. The staff helped me to find places to eat. They helped me with reserving a ticket to the Uffizi and gave me great tips on places to see in Florence. The room was kept nice and clean. It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful.

Their location was tremendous and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Don’t let the initial look of the door/gate and the elevator discourage you from staying here. There is some much to do nearby that we didn’t really spend much time in the room but he certainly checked the box! I would definitely recommend staying here.

The Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Location is great, and close to many attractions by walking. Also close to train station, which was helpful, easy to get to from airport. Hotel has elevator which is great! Breakfast is simple, but good enough to start the day! Had a great experience overall.

Room was very clean and comfy, as was the bathroom. Plus room looks just like the picture so no surprises! The check-in person was super friendly and helpful. Also appreciated that there was an elevator! Lastly, can’t beat the location! A block away from the Duomo, and surprisingly quiet in my room that faced the busy street! Would stay here again!

The staff is friendly and professional, the hotel administration was very friendly, the reception staff were on the lookout for us before check in. The location is undeniably one of its great successes, although room touched us was in the quieter part of the hotel, being in an old building when using the bathroom, you could hear how the water ran through the pipes.
